We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesDidn't like finding out at check in there was a hundred dollar deposit which was told had to be on credit card. Room is way over priced then you add that onto it. Ridiculous. Lady who checked me in not much I can say about her other than witch. Lady who checked me out was really nice and asked did you pay cash for your deposit? Cash? Was told it had to be card.. needless to say first and last stay here.

United StatesI didn't understand that the "suite" automatically had a hot tub. I thought you had to request it. When I reserved a suite I was looking for more in the lines of a couch and more room.
Breakfast was lacking. I do like that there is coffee available at all times. The pool was nice and the grandkids enjoyed it thoroughly.

United StatesTo much. Chlorine in the hot tub, burnt our eyes, even when we weren’t in the tub. We checked in at 3 pm, at 5 pm I had to ask for towels, only 2 in our double room, for 4 of us, they had no towel’s, so they gave me pool towels, tough to run a hotel without adequate towels. Also did not like thier deducting 100.00 for deposit out of my account. Never had that happen and we travel a lot. Stayed at the quality in Dundee the night before, they did not do that. Don’t expect to stay at the Quality Hotel in Waverly again.
It was clean, convenient. Staff pretty nice.

United StatesI like to sleep with the room as cold as possible and with the AC set to 61 (the lowest temp with fan on high), it still felt pretty warm in the room, closer to 70-75. Not a big deal as I’m sure not everyone sleeps the same way. The elevator was a little unsettling with a lot of shaking and spaceship noises but we just used the stairs.
The location was quiet, the room was clean, front desk was helpful. We only stayed one night as we were passing through town. I would probably book here again if I was passing through.

United StatesOne of the lights in our room didn’t work and after housing keeping cleaned our room, they failed to put clean sheets on the bed. This isn’t something I’d normally complain about but the night before we had wings for dinner and my boyfriend may or may not have left saucy crumb marks on his side.
I never visited the indoor pool but from a distance it seemed well maintained. The ice machine came in handy also!
