Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandThis hotel is not prepared for guests and offers barely habitable conditions. Contrary to what is stated in their description, there is no Internet or any other amenities. Fortunately, someone was available to let us in during late hours, sparing us the need to search for alternative accommodations. The hotel lacks proper signage, and dimly lit stairs lead to the entrance gate. The gate is locked without a key, posing a significant safety risk in the event of a fire. This hotel appears uninhabitable; for instance, cockroaches have infested both the room and the bathroom. The images depict a pleasing appearance, but the majority of them are either mock-ups or represent a state that existed in the past. They also have very nice looking website. As of October 2023, this situation exists, and there is a possibility that they will have everything prepared in the future.
This place is in very central located. The room was okay and bed was good.
