1. Our truly stunning pent house was located above the kitchen so kitchen (garlic especially) smells seeped into the apartment throughout the day. Leaving the front door open meant gusts of wind would push the smell through the door into the suit. 2. The music played at the restaurant/pool area is good. However please turn it down just a little so guests can have quiet conversations, especially in the mornings, without having to raise their voices above the music.

Our 3-bed pent house overlooked the pool and palmy garden area. The upstairs bedrooms had a fantastic view of the city spread over Kampala’s many hills. We loved everything. Facilities, ambience, food, service. Safe. Great location. Spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Mohammad the Ugandan waiter at the restaurant was super attentive to us. Thank you to Muhammad. We had massages and nails done by the Eric and his friendly staff at the salon. Thanks Sammy, Liz and Robin.

Hot water morning time and night comes late, even sometimes not fully hot. Twin bed was small.. sauna and steam area, can have more attention, the sofa is old. Need to be maintained.

The reception staff when i checked in at 5:00am and even though i had paid for the night informed me that the room i booked was not available, that was not a fun conversation, although at the end he did agree to upgrade me for two nights but no one wants to have this conversation at 5am after a 10 hour flight.

The location is pretty great, it has one of the biggest and best gyms, and the rooms are spacious and comfy beds. The staff overall is pretty good and always helpful Its my second time here and it was pretty good

A few more smaller lights in the room would’ve been nice. There is a reading light by the bed, but other than that only either very bright lights or nothing for illumination. Also bedroom TV did not have a remote.

The facility is aging fast so they need to upgrade alsmost everything from decor to room amenities. Very old refrigerator, old safe deposit, failed led lights, old phone, outdated gym equipment etc. Alot is needed to improve on the breakfast service, the food is lukewarm most times, selection is very limited, the waiting staff try but can only make due with whats available

The house cleaning staff are very courteous and do such a wonderful job, Although old, the gym has a large selection of workout machines. Security seems to be a top priority at this hotel. Easy access to the city center plus a front convenient sizable parking lot. The rooms are clean and amazingly well sound proofed despite being near a busy road.

They dont update the capacities with Booking obviously cause we booked two 1 bedroom suites and ofc. after we paid they told us that there is only one 2 bedroom available and they will change it tomorrow morning. Thing is even worst cause we booked that day from morning and came later during the day cause our flights were delayed and still rooms we paid for were not available. They gave us our rooms next day in the evening. Construction site just next to the hotel is loud.

Beds had a hard matras. For some this is goid, we like it a bit softer. The food is excellent but the acoustic is terrible. Lots of noise coming back to you including to loud live music. We like places more quit. the sound pollution in Uganda is getting terrible

The room service could have been a little bit faster.

The rooms are very spacious and include a kitchen and living room area as well as a very generous balcony. Our balcony was well equipped with a table and sun chairs and overlooked the pool and garden area. The facilities of the hotel are great as well. The pool is big and offers plenty of sunbeds to sit. There are different restaurants in the hotel that are open from early til late so you don't have to worry about food at anytime. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout.
