Beautiful rooms, super comfortable, views are amazing, great food (both breakfast and dinner) and the staff! Ben was the best host :)

Can't think of any major issues other than the cleaning that was a bit noisy but, also, I am a really light sleeper so I cannot completely fault them on that.

The staff were really helpful. Much as I made the booking a little late and had a late check-in, I got the help I needed to settle in quickly. The room was BEAUTIFUL, clean, and really comfortable. Hot water ran well with great pressure, there was water and tea available in the room and it had a cute little balcony; it is obvious that these guys pay attention to detail. I loved the breakfast as well, and the terrace on the top that was available for a chill. I would say overall, my experience there was good. What topped it for me was the interior design of the spaces. Nothing I love more than beautiful, well-thought-out spaces.

Breakfast was maybe the only thing I didn't like. They should offer more variety than eggs, sausage and cereals.

Almost everything. Bed was great, bathroom as well. The room was well equipped: tea, sugar etc. Quiet serene location and a very helpful staff.

I enjoyed my stay, no any complaints

It is in peaceful environment, conveniently located, not far from Airport, many beaches around, Malls, and other attractions like Uganda wildlife Education centre The staff are awesome, very hospitable. Benjamin was great, always there to make the stay nice. The facility is very clean as well.

Seemed like an out of the way place. Bit noisey with dogs barking across the road (no fault of the hotel but distracting nonetheless) and could hear doors etc. in other parts of the hotel opening and closing. I think we knew from other reviews there was no air conditioning but after a long travel day and arriving sweaty and hot it would have been nice.

Nice looking building and property with a pleasant breakfast area and a bar. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Breakfast can use some improvement, they offer very little choice compared to what other local places provide. There is no TV service... It could be a good idea to have TVs in the rooms.

This is the second time I have stayed at the JET Villa Hotel. The staff are friendly and lovely people, the food is delicious, the rooms are clean and the beautiful traditional furnishings inside and outside create a lovely atmosphere.

It’s like a little boutique hotel, 10 minutes from the city overlooking Lake Victoria. Benjamin who works there is amazing & will cater to all your needs. Plus he never stops smiling or sleep! The bathrooms have the ‘sharafa’/muslim shower, which made a huge difference! Loved the place & will def come back

Just a perfect place. Nice rooms with coffee and cold water. Universal outlets. The shower pressure was the best I’ve had to n Uganda. The food was so great. Staff friendly and helpful.

It is a very beautiful place! It's a quiet and natural environment. The staff is very friendly. The beds are very comfortable, the place is very clean and has many nice details like hot water and coffee and tea in the room. And the shower is amazing. We have been there already for several times and surely come back!
