Only downside was that the internet on the room was very weak. In the lobby and at the restaurant it was better. The Backpackers is in an area with clubs around, so it can be noisy on the weekend. We were not bothered by it.

We had a lovely one night stay at Bushpig Backpackers. The room was very spacious with a big balcony. Everything was very clean. Food at the downstairs restaurant was great. We really enjoyed our short stay and would highly recommend.

We stayed there twice, both in a single room for 2 people. The second stay was in a room with a balcony, only we didn´t realize that that room didn´t have a shower or toilet. We had to share the shower and toilet with the rest of the floor. For us it was no problem, the facilities were clean and there was no line whatsoever, but that´s only thing that was different from our expectations.

The staff was very friendly. It was possible to get a breakfast package, because we would be leaving before breakfast started. There were also many activities organized that you could join.

The place is indeed noisy so it's really difficult to sleep well, especially over the weekend but we knew this. Also, there is no option to cook food (no cooker), and the fridge was too little and utensils are very few. Since it's a hostel, I would recommend the owners to think of arranging a bigger fridge and bringing more items to the common kitchen

Location is good - just 10 min walk to the mall, and it felt safe. Breakfast was included and it was really nice. The bar/restaurant has good food options too. Staff were helpful and assisted us with transfers and also a free walking tour (the guide Nickson was amazing) - highly recommended!

The beds are too short for me, and they had a metal bar at the end of the bed which my feet had to be over (I'm 185cm). The showers had either freezing cold or scorching hot water.

The Bushpig has great staff and atmosphere, and the breakfast is great!

The noise from the street which is unavoidable & not really a bushpig problem that can be fixed. Besides, the location to everything is just right, it's not too central or in a crazy busy district, besides a boda can get you anywhere, basically between 2k-8k

Mostly, everything was great, no complaints, I only have a suggestion to include fans in the rooms/dorms.. it can be very hot at night

Location, staff, value - double room en suite are large and very clean but furnishing is very simple. Bar and outdoor café is very relaxing. Walk to great restaurants and to Acacia Mall. Plenty of activities to sign up for if that’s your thing.

The noise. It’s quite late in the night / early morning. The bathrooms do not necessarily offer the greatest privacy (partially open and close to the rooms).

Staff is so slow I wondered if they were doing it on the purpose at some point.. hah! Be ready to wait 1h for your breakfast, 45 min for a cocktail and 15 for a canned beer. Even taking my payment took them 20 minutes.

Cold water in the shower. Also not possible to adjust power and height of a shower.

Like the location, quite near the city center. Good breakfast and very helpful staff. A lot of plants next to restaurant and entrance. Very nice atmosphere. Also I got room only for myself, which was unexpected and very useful, I could rest easily after long journey. Soft towel and a balcony - also add some points to my overall rate :)

I left my earphones on my bed and when i returned back to my room they were missing. I reported to the receptionist (Customer Service) but this lady insisted that the cleaning staff could not have stolen my earphones. What annoyed me most is that this receptionist staff defended the subordinate staff in my presence (customer) yet they were responsible for cleaning the room and making my bed so they were the people with access to my room. This was a bad experience.
