Took too long (over 2 hours) to get a room in spite of the initial booking - staff seemed not well organized and poorly coordinated.

The toilet facilities in the rooms are either old, rusty and some broken. I had to make numerous visits in various rooms to get a better one. The bed sheets and towels used are clearly old. These need replacement so as to create a fresh feeling of the bed. Sadly I did not take photos of all this.

I liked the view. The rooms are above the waters and you wake up to a nice view of the Nile River.

The facility has no control over customers playing loud music inconveniencing the comfort of the rest of us. And then because of the poor lighting system, people kept pushing our door forcing it to open. I wasn't amused by this. The the room had cobwebs like as though they don't clean, the windows had dust on them inclusive of the net. And then breakfast time someone had the audacity to tell me that this and this is done like as though the hotel didn't plan for it's guests well according to the their numbers Kindly improve on this.

The fact that I was in kampala and booked online and we found our booking reservation. This put a smile on our faces.

The hotel is generally not clean. The toilet in my room had urine stains. The carpet was really stained. Generally the room was dirty. The road leading to the hotel was bad with a lot of potholes.

I liked the location of the hotel. It had a nice view of the lake. The staff were welcoming. The breakfast was delicious.

I had 3 different rooms in 2 nights. The toilets and shower don't work. They must be 20 years old. Paint was falling of walls. Poor value for money. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I am a traveller all the time. Was to bad to be true

Lame ppl at the reception, communication was difficult

The hotel is classy and spacious. It has several terrases for sitting, working, chilling with breathtaking views. I also enjoyed the sunbed at the pool. The wifi works only in the lounge. Breakfast was very nice, especially the selection of fresh fruits. Staff at the restaurant is very engaged, not so at the reception. There were no mosquitos at all! Very good experience

The Receptionist has the worst customer service and professionalism. We actually moved out after one night.

It had cats everywhere, we kept on being interrupted during meals. They have only two items on the menu not a lot of options. The rooms were filthy, the bed was really uncomfortable. The bathroom was took long to drain so the shower place would be flooded . The tv only showed pictures so there was no sound. They offered a single room even when I had paid for double . Unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience at Brisk and I cannot recommend it to any of my friends or family.
