The bed was very hard, the towels were worn out and quite a few dishes were not available on the menu. There was also no butter to put on your toast with breakfast. The gym equipment was also not in a good condition and need an urgent upgrade.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help. The room was spacious and the extra living area was an added bonus.

The electricity went off and the generator failed to work from early morning till afternoon. Also at breakfast I took a fruit juice that tasted rather not fresh and the waiter insisted it because it had pineapple, although it still didn't taste fresh. Breakfast was rather basic but it was OK,I believe they can do better with variety.

The hotel is quiet and pleasant with a fantastic rooftop garden, well-located in proximity of the museum and Acacia mall as well as some gardens. The restaurant is very good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

More variety and spices, no sauces with samosa, somedays there was no bread and butter and we had to ask, sometimes, the breakfast started later than 7 am and we had to wait for arrangements to complete. Most of the times, it seemed monotonous and for people who are staying more than a week, it could get frustrating

The couch was incredibly uncomfortable and possibly broken. The cleaner came into the room while I was trying to check out and pack my bags and even though politely asked, would not wait for 5 minutes - was quite weird.

The main lift wasn't functioning. I didn't like the fact that I had to cut my trip short. The Aircon could have been been better and wouldn't cool that well.

I love the location and the cordial behaviour of the staff in Arcadia. I was made to feel at home and my needs were well taken care of. This is the 2nd time I stayed in Arcadia and I intend to keep going back there.

It would be great to have one an authentic Ugandan dish on the menu. I had to ask for the electric kettle, the room had stuff for making tea/coffee but the kettle.

The staff were warm and friendly, very helpful too. The roof top 👌.. It was good to unwind here at the end of the day with the beautiful view of Kampala and watch the sun set. The food portions are generous.
