If I'm not wrong the minibar was empty. A small problem as there are facilities nearby, but a hotel with such a pose might consider giving a full service.

One wouldn't even imagine to find such luxurious looking rooms inside a yard. The staff is very helpful and one feels like treated really well. The location next to Dolhinarium and many bars is what one might only wish for.

I chose this hotel also expecting by photos that a piano was available to be played but in the end we discovered that it was closed. I would has liked to play some music for my girlfriend, but it's ok! Maybe next time )))

Everything perfect! Staff has been very kind and the room very clean with a perfect temperature inside! Breakfast was very tasty perfectly served by professional and gentle operators. Hotel's position wonderful to visit Kharkiv only by feet!

A little awkward shape of the room I was in, although that was not really a problem, more of a peculiarity.

Best possible downtown location and great service. Lots of places to visit around, multiple restaurants, cafes, services available within a walking distance. Unique historical feel of the hotel. The restaurant at the hotel is outstanding. Special thanks to the staff at the reception!

This was again highlight of my stay in Ukraine. I definitely recommend this hotel! The rooms are well equipped and very stylish. There is all you need and you will feel there pretty great. In addition, the breakfasts are there also exquisite.

It was our real pleasure to spend 3 days on business in Kharkiv and to stay at this hotel. The location is superb, rooms are not big but cozy enough. It is a really very good place so the xommwnt is only here cause I work late and like to be able to do my drinks in the room instead of walking to get it at the reception.. The only thing I was missing was a kettle/coffee facilities in the room. As there is a room service up till 23.00 it is not a problem, and later you can get it at the reception but still, having it in the room would be more convenient.

Very spacious, clean, quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Amazing food at the hotel restaurant and breakfasts that I will be missing dearly (your homemade creamy curd cheese simply melts in mouth!). Really nice view from restaurant and its patio type part onto the plaza in front of thr opera. But most of all very competent and friendly staff. Never had my clothes so well ironed as here.

There is the noisy room near the stairs on the second floor. We had an early awakening due to the noise. Although we did get our room changed upon request, I would advise insulate the room better. Not all receptionists are service oriented. Only Elena went out of her way to help us with all our requirements. I think that the hotel can upgrade itself onto using key cards The parking lot was paved with tar, damaging expensive shoes on a hot summer's day. Hotel is not very COVID safe mask regulations are not being strictly monitored

Great restaurant with both international and local dishes. Friendly and helpful staff both hotel and restaurant. Quiet room without noise from city. Aircondition working well. Very clean and nice room. Good bed.

Would suggest to get AC as it can be warm in the room even if you open the windows. Breakfast is included with great a la carte options, however only 1 cup of coffee is included which is too little. Would suggest you provide a pot of coffee ( small for 1 person /1.5-2 cups capacity ) and a larger pot if 2 persons . Speciality coffee as cappuccino perhaps include at least 2 ..... Food quality was great , but service perhaps needs to be fine tuned. If you go with your Partner have a dinner , I would expect to receive the starter and main course same time with my partner and not having one of us eating alone while the other is still waiting his/her dish. Bit more coordination with kitchen is needed . Clearing the dishes same , all together . It is impolite to clear a plate when another person is still eating . Again it is not big down things , in overall great staff all over . The restaurant team are young and nice staff just they need to be guided a little. The reception team is great. Would recommend the hotel!

Location close to the new mall, shops , parks etc. Great reception staff . The ladies are very kind and smiling with great positivity . There is a lady (blond) working night time mostly , she was excellent and very professionally . Reception staff have good English. In restaurant , much less but still they do their best. Great French style restaurant , very good food quality. The chef did Cordon Bleu French cuisine school. Highly recommended . Breakfast a la carte with six theme options. Inhale tried all of them , very nice idea , creative and quality breakfast. You can eat on the covered terrace which is nice or inside . Room was clean and bathroom amenities as expected. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel and restaurant.
