I wish we could have stayed longer.

The hotel is a beach hotel, the staff are warm and welcoming. Check-in was smooth. The hotel has a beach and restaurant on the opposite side of the main hotel. The rooms are clean. We had dinner at the restaurant, the portions were adequate and the food generally was delicious. There are many activities around the beachside to engage in: pool tables, swimming pool, paintball, and PlayStation 3 and 4. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. The breakfast had variety and was yummy.

Breakfast not enough food for lot of people if you go early morning then fantastic….it was just very busy during December so over Christmas lots of noise music right through the night ~ rst of holiday fantastic rooms really clean good aircon and staff fantastic THANKS

The private pool (for hotel guests) was very clean and our family enjoyed it. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food available to buy was delicious and fairly good value.

Our room was in an older section. Could benefit from some renovation. Breakfast could have been better in terms of staff friendliness and fresh fruit selection.

The staff were very responsive arranging airport pick-up at short notice and very helpful in all other regards. Room was fine with working AC and fridge. Good location, easy to get to beach or take a trip out to Mbudya Island. Our two boys really enjoyed the nice and clean pool on the hotel premises, making several new friends.

The beach is nothing like in the photos, it was a huge disappointment for us as we booked this hotel especially for the access to the beach. Fortunately there are boats that take people to Mbudya and Bongoyo islands that have amazing beach, so we didn't miss out on beach time. Another thing is the information provision - you have to ask for every detail, otherwise you will never get all the information.

Our room was spacious, modern and very clean. The cleaning lady would come every day. Also quite good wifi connection. There are also boats going to Mbudya and Bongoyo islands across the road from the hotel (sometimes they try to charge you for more people, so be careful). Overal, we had a very good stay at the hotel. A big thanks to all the hotel staff!

this location is hard to get to with frequently gridlocked traffic in the rain. In the evening the restaurant was understaffed, food took more than an hour. The safe in my room was broken, my coworker's room lacked a safe and other amenities, and the window and mirror allowed people to see in; staff partially addressed these issues.

The room had modern furnishings, confirmable firm bed, large table and chairs suitable for working, many lighting options, the wifi in the room worked well enough for streaming tv. Wifi around the front desk was more patchy. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of hot food, an omelette station, fresh fruit. The laundry service was easy and prompt. The pool area is sunny and fully enclosed away from the street. The check in process was straightforward and the breakfast staff were very courteous and professional.

The air conditioning unit emitted a high-pitched noise from the fan when it was starting up.

The staff were lovely. Liked the fresh cooked options for breakfast. Lunch/dinner menu was very varied. Location by the beach was ideal. There was a large fridge.

The only dislike is that due to its location the cost of getting about on a bajaji can be rather expensive but this is no reflection on the hotel. I would suggest that any one visiting this hotel should download the BOLT Taxi app to reduce transportation costs.

Basically everything about my stay was exceptional, from the moment I arrived right up to the very end of my 4 week trip. The staff were cordial, professional and the room was located in the new annex and it was a joy to wake up early in the morning with the sun shinning directly onto my balcony. My only gripe was that it went too quickly. I hope the management and staff keep up their exceptional work ethics and carry on with the high quality of service that they already provide.

Presence of ravens. They literally disturb you while eating at the pool side. But ain't hotel's fault..😊

It is an older colonial-style hotel and therefore had no lift; though I was accommodated upstairs because my family had two rooms next to mine. I recently had a hip replacement, so to climb the stairs was an effort. I believe there are ground floor rooms for the elderly or infirm. As I didn't book the accommodation, I didn't realise the lack of lift.

Some family members had already stayed there, so for my last night in Dar es Salaam, I stayed there too. It is a nice, clean hotel. I was impressed by the fact that everything was provided including a hairdryer and toiletries.

Everything was pretty allright

The resident area is really nice and quiet. If you wanna have a little more party you can go to the beach bar opposite the road. They have a clean swimming pool and staff is really helpful and friendly. My room was great as well
