Pools could be open until a bit later, it was warm enough to keep them open, or at least the main one. Closing them at 18:00 was a bit of a throw down for us, we’d have loved to enjoy a night time swim.

The place was exactly what we wanted: right amount of fun with a peaceful ambiance. Such a beautiful place with stunning views. Staff was amazing as well.

Staff need training on drinks & the products used need to be of better quality. The buffet needs a bit of improvement (for the all inclusive) too much quantity but not all quality.

The property is fantastic, lots of greenery/nature, very well maintained. Gives you an authentic feel of Africa & the F&B outlets with set menus were fantastic. They really go out of their way to prepare every dish close to authentic. Views are stunning & the staff as well are very kind. Absolute value for money & there’s plenty of entertainment so you can never be bored. The beach as well is not bad at all, great place for pictures.

Not having a bite pick up from the airport , and the WiFi was slow could hardly use my laptop and the cable tv had limited Chanel’s

I loved the all inclusive part where meals where in plenty and in good type , most of the culture foods where catered for , I loved the birthday treat for my wife surely I would wish to frequency it again all the time

The rooms were really far from places such as pool, restaurant and other places and the golf car available was only one so we had to wait for the car

Not clean, a lot of dust and cockroaches, bed was very uncomfortable. App was difficult to use, wasn’t working most of the time. Also not all information was given, we weren’t told we were allowed to go to the other rui Jambo which had more entertainment which I was disappointed with as I only found out when I left.

Beautiful location and a lot to do and very near the beach. Amazing services was a stunning place.

The specialty restaurants are impossible to book, even if the hotel was not at full capacity we were able to get only one booking and ate in the buffet every other day. The jacuzzi was closed every day for maintenance during our stay. This is the most expensive RIU hotel we’ve been to so we had high expectations and were a little disappointed.

The best part of the stay is the staff for sure, from the reception to the entertainment (Ronni), Ramadan in the kitchen, Masiku and Dorcas in the canteen were also amazing. Really, everyone was awesome. The food was very good with nice variety, the room is nice, the bed is very comfortable and the cleaning team is just amazing. The location is awesome, the view is lovely. There are concerts every day in the evening which is lovely and the performers are amazing. If you’re looking for a chill vacation this is the hotel for you.

Staff were very amazing and accommodating, allowed us to use facilities when arriving early and also allowed us to keep using the facilities after check out. The buffet food was very good with a range of options every day. Room was cleaned multiple times per day.

Wifi signal could be improved, but is was not a major issue at all.

Everything at the hotel was exceptional. Staff were amazing and impeccable . The rooms were really clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The buffet meals were really diverse, delicious and we found them excellent and didn't have the need to try the other restaurants. Beach was absolutely gorgeous- it didn't matter low or high tide, we could use it any time of the day. Absolutely recommend!

Our bed was terribly uncomfortable. Firm and creaked every time you moved even a finger.

Great pool and beach access. Our beach I thought was better compared to Riu Jambo and Zuri Zanzibar next door. The tides were not a big deal at all (? maybe time of the year). Good restaurants and customer service. You do have access to all Riu Jambo facilities.
