This hotel will need investment in maintenance or renovation. Many small things, to give just one example: The room doors should close by themselves, but the mechanism only closes the doors almost but not completely.

With a city facing room, there’s a bit of traffic noise from the street outside. Too many mosquitoes but the hotel sprays in the evening.

The hotel staff was welcoming. The hotel was nice. Thanks Jacqline, Ruqayah and the lovely other receptionist and room service lady. Breakfast was lovely, and their butter chicken.

Housekeeping did show up at odd hours to spray the rooms. Please try and replace the shower gel containers instead of topping them up as the one in my room was mouldy and plunger wasn’t working. Also take note of the shower glass as they did not shut completely. And l personally think the resort will be more accommodating with double glazed windows to shut off the outside noise.

The resort was very clean, housekeeping did a very good job. Food wasn’t bad and the staff was very friendly, helpful and always smiling. Thank you Saimon, Hussan and Joyna, seeing your smiling and welcoming faces is golden. Stay blessed

The staff were friendly I want to especially mention Hijja the teacher, Daniel the teacher Salum the good listener, Doreen the trainee. The staff were efficient, ready to serve and extremely helpful. The rooms were always clean,beds were comfortable, breakfast was a good variety,bit catered to all our dietary needs. Supper was a tasty experience. we really enjoyed our stay.

Not much around so taxi or motorbike most places. I had my friend come and spend the evening with me and a lady at reception would not stop calling and bothering us, told me I would have to pay for him but I was told only if he stayed I would have to pay and he wasn't staying. A really lovely lady apologised on her behalf the next day. Also the beach is not a swimmable beach.

The pool and the view was beautiful. The rooms were lovely and spacious. Comfy bed. I loved the fact it wasn't in the heart of stone town but not too far away. The view from breakfast was great too.

We were a little disappointed that the pool didn't have any umbrellas, so for us Scandinavians it's almost impossible to enjoy time there without burning. The beach is not great, there is a lot of trash and during hi tide there is no beach. The balconies could have some small furniture, there is nothing. Food at the restaurant is ok, needs improving.

The staff! Everyone was super nice and helpfull. We had a problem with our ac in the middle of the night and in minutes we were moved to another room. The rooms didn't have a full size mirror, and when we mentioned about it they brought us a standing mirror. At the breakfast you can order eggs to your liking, so that's a nice plus. One of the members or the staff even helped us get across the busy road outside the hotel <3 They were all super. Thank you

The bathroom.. I had high expectations of the jacuzzi only to be told its not functioning..

The ambience of the sea view by the restaurant is amazing. The breakfast was buffet with a good selection of traditional and western cuisine.
