Sometimes the noise from the truck passing but it's understandable since it's on the road

The staff were really helpful and polite.They were late to pick us up, so they even offered to pay our tax. The rooms were clean.

We had arranged for an airport transfer but no one showed up. We called hotel but no answer. We had to pay for a taxi which added $15 to the cost. Second time in three weeks we had an issue with airport transfer. No apologies offered, just a shrug of the shoulders.

We were supposed to be picked up but no one showed. We called and they sent someone with the wrong name on the board. When we got there the credit card machine was not working.

Shuttle service to airport was excellent - saves the cost of a taxi. Traffic in Dar es Salem is really bad, so it's nice to be so close to the airport! The staff was really pleasant.

Breakfast was good. Airport is located not too far from the hotel and what makes it nice is the transfer is already included in the price. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room has a aircon which was a life saver.

It is fine for people in transit but not for long term stays. It is in an area that does not have anything to offer (no restaurants, or sights to see.) It is a small place on a small plot. But it only took 5 minutes to get to the airport which is what we were looking for so we were very satisfied.

Free shuttle service was a big plus as well as the location. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was what we expected. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Mosquitos, a lot of them in our room. No 'real' lock in the bedroom windows - we were on first floor and it looked like someone was using the area outside for water buckets. Also on first floor can get a bit loud with other people checking in or out.

You get what you need. A hotel right near the airport which offers pick up and drop off. Very convenient for resting between long transits. No elevator so a bit struggle if you have many bags. Staff very friendly and welcoming. We had dinner and it was really good (local menu). Price very good for the amount of food served. We skipped breakfast because of our very early flight. AC worked great in the room.

Quite loud surroundings also at night

Safe place to stay with working AC and good bathroom. They pick you up/ bring you to the airport which is great. Staff also helped us organize our bus tickets for the next day. Breakfast was ok (Toast, eggs, sausage, potato, papaya, hot water, hot milk).

1.Water not hot despite switching on the geyser 10 minutes prior 2. They forgot yo send the shuttle and keep my reservation despite sending a reminder a day before my return 3.No toilet paper when I checked so housekeeping need to pay a little more attention to the bathrooms both toilet and shower to ensure everything is inorder

The bed was comfortable, room was very clean but the shower wasn't working, there is no lift and is second floor although they porter carry the suitcases still challenging as anything you need it serve on ground floor. Consider the price it's fairly as it's not expensive, but somewhere for one night and breakfast was not great but enjoyable.

The only major disadvantage of this hotel is that it was near a bar or something that played loud music late into the evening but maybe that was because I stayed on a Saturday night. Also, given that the hotel was close to the airport you could hear planes take off/land loudly but the convenience of being so close to the airport outweighed this inconvenience for me as I was only staying for one night and catching a 7:00am flight the next morning. Some may find the bed a bit hard but I find a lot of hotel beds are like this so it didn't bother me. The bathroom didn't have an enclosed shower space which again didn't bother me but may bother others. The glass window above the door meant that the room couldn't be pitch black (as the corridor light would come in) but I was still able to sleep with it.

Staff was very nice, the bed was comfortable, the ensuite toilet was fine, the rooftop terrace was nice, the 24h free airport shuttle was very helpful.

A little bit dusty on the wardrobes otherwise clean in general and noisy planes fly by(to be expected as it is in the flight path and early Call to prayer from Imams at 5am - not the lodges fault but expect it.

The location is very convenient to the airport. I got meals prepared to order and were excellent

We were near the airport so it could be loud. But the mosque was something we did not expect. wasd also nearby and loud
