There are no stores nearby, so bring your dinner if you don't want to reserve the barbeque. Barbecue set for 4 person is 1,200 ntd. .which is kinda expensive.

Buffet breakfast had a very wide spread of food. We switched to the sea view room upon reaching the hotel as its location is just beside the beach. Room was beautifully designed. Hotel had a games room with arcade machines.

Front desk staff wasn’t very helpful and friendly. I guess first impression is very important. Despite us asking if the resturant is still open during the time we checked in(9ish) cuz we didn’t had dinner, they just shove us off. Staff only told us there’s a 7eleven about 15 mins walk when we asked again.

It seems you have to go all throughout the parking to get out of the hotel which is still under construction. For this price i was expecting direct access to the beach but it wasn’t. The decoration it depends on everyone’s taste of course… but it is quite… “special” with all those creatures around, i personally found it not fitting in the hotel. But in general everything is ok.

Dated decor, strange room setup (original room had one of two queen beds immediately to the right of the door to the room. The bed was a mere few inches away from the door.) The hotel was kind enough to accommodate my request to switch rooms. The second room they provided smelled like cigarettes and there was cigarette ash on the balcony. Even after we requested to have the ash cleaned up it was not done. Btw, we booked the deluxe beachfront quadruple room (these are the ones that have direct beach access, two queen beds, balcony, and hot spring tubs in the room.) There were various communal hot spring tubs in the pool area, however, the temperatures were very similar. The hottest tub was 44 degrees C (that’s really hot!) and the next hottest pool was 35 degrees C (cooler than a regular bath at home). Everything else was lower in temperature. In our party we had one room that accommodated 3 adults, a child, and another child two years of age. When we asked for a 5th towel, we were informed that the 2 year old child who is technically staying for free has no amenities and therefore they could not give us a 5th towel. Having said that, they did provide both children access to the breakfast buffet during our stay. We asked the front desk to provide us with change for the laundry machines ($100NTD bill for ten $10 coins) and we got back nine $10 coins.

the pool have time we cannot enjoy swimming in our first day we only swim in bath.😅because we cannot use the pool till 10pm only after that need to wait till 8am in the morning..to use the pool

Comfy and close to everything Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The room was comfortable and I'm a big fan of scandinavian bathroom structures, they are very practical altogether. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel was very kind to pack us a breakfast when we were checking out earlier than the restaurant's opening hour. The staff was also kind and helpful with anything, so there were no miscommunication issues🥰❤️
