The room wasn't that clean. Small cockroaches were seen, 1 near the door and 1 from the hair dryer. Carpet and curtains had dark patches.

Room was spacious. There's a bay window area to sit and stare out the window, but not much view even from level 5. Location was great, right beside the night market.

It is rather dated. The shower area is not cordon off & the whole bathroom gets wet when taking a shower.

It's an otherwise nondescript Taiwanese hotel that charges a bit too much.

It's within easy walking distance to the train station and the Night Market. My room had a huge window, which I loved!

There were mosquitoes in the room and I got bitten. There wasn't a separate shower area. The shower was next to the water closet and the floor got wet when I took a shower. The sole window in the bathroom was very dirty. Generally the furniture in the room were not clean and have seen better days.

The bed was comfortable and the bed linen were clean. The staff was responsive when I asked them for a mosquito repellent.

The bed is very uncomfortable and the room Is very small. The toilet is structured in a weird way that the floor get wet after use and we need to walk through the shower area to get to the toilet. Not fully covered too. Just partitioned off to create a toilet.

The room was extremely spacious. Big bathtub. Spotless. Nice linens. TV with so many channels. Fridge, water station on 9th floor. Super helpful staff

1. Can't comment on the breakfast as I did not book the "with breakfast" option. 2. Great location, only 2 min walk to night market & 7 min walk from Yilan Train Station. 3. Walking distance to places like Night Market, Diu Diu Dang Forest Park, Jimmy Park. 4. Room was big enough. 5. Pleasant lady receptionist who was kind enough to borrow us umbrella as it was raining. 6. Nothing negative that I could think of.

Expensive at about USD115/night without breakfast The size of the bathroom is okay but the design is terrible whereby there is no place or even a hook to hang clothes of towels. The floor of the bathroom and toilet get wet after shower. It's every inconvenient.

The room was poorly ventilated and had a weird smell that was not covered by the air freshener. The aircon was not working properly so it was either very warm or very cold. The room layout is also very poor, with no closet or clothesrack - two hangers were provided which hung on the divider between room and bathroom... There was also insufficient table space, I struggled to find anywhere to open my luggage or lay out my things. The bathroom was also devoid of ledges for toiletries etc. In their defense, they did provide a small table and chair in the corner, but it was next to a very dusty curtain which I didn't dare touch or go near as I am allergic to dust. My room was next to the lift, and every time it moved I could hear the machinery from my bed... Luckily I had very hectic days planned so I was exhausted enough to fall asleep despite the noise. The room is fine if you're on a bare bones or backpacking type of travel.

The location was very good, a short walk from the station, and almost right next to the night market. There were also a lot of eateries, cafes, restaurants and multiple pharmacies nearby for both traditional and western medicine. Truly superb location.
