The staff speaks decent english,and very helpful with my request. The facilities is okay,I love that I get free toast,coffee and juice in the morning. The location is everything. Its near to Taichung Station and you can also walk to Miyahara.

The location is very near to station and convenient store. Easy to commute to anywhere in the town. The staff was really helpful, my locker was locked 2x and he helped me instantly.

After we asked for the room to be cleaned for the first time, a dental floss stick that did not belong to us appeared in the bathroom. Although it improved immediately after we raised it with the front desk, we still felt uncomfortable.

I understand that the hotel does not provide towels (I brought my own). Toilets should have bidet. There were four toilets but 2 were out of service (at the 7th floor)

It was near the train and bus station. The hotel is accessible to various stores of the metro. The staffs were smiling and ready to help. All check-in process were clearly explained.

As I was staying in a shared room, I wish the room could be more ventilated. cause our beds were small capsules which means there's only one way out. So the air was not able to flow into the capsule bed. The space got hot easily.

It is very convenient because the hostel is really close to the Taichung Train Station. Staffs were really nice. And after I checked out, they even let me keep the luggage at the counter because I wanted to wander around the city before leaving. Overall, it was a nice experience.

The girls in our room had to go down two floors to go to the restroom. The stairs of the bunk bed is not built for short people like me. Restroom needs more consistent cleaning.

There is a dedicated space to dine in and talk to friends. Hotel is a short walk from train station.

I was very distraught when i arrived. The accommodation I had previously booked fell through. I needed to find another one and was brought here. The young woman was very helpful and kind and helped me through the process of arranging my stay. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude.

No lift to reach the lounge, need to walk upstairs at rooftop. Cannot cook and even cannot use microwave although the place claims that it has kitchen.

Friendly and helpful staff. There was water leakage from the ceiling, and the staff arranged for us to change to another room. We were given special discounts for the remaining nights as well. The room is clean and tidy. Overall environment is great!

The lockers cannot fit big bags, but they can store your valuables. The hostel is about a 10 minute walk to the train station, but there is not really much else close by. It made for a good overnight location. I thought 5pm was pretty late for check-in, and they store your bags in the lobby where anyone has access to them.

The price was really good for a quality hostel. The capsule beds were comfortable and had room for my bag as well. The bathrooms were clean and had baskets to keep your things while showering. The common room was huge with plenty of things to do and a great view! Staff was really nice. WiFi good everywhere.
