Rooftop need better food and promotion. Drinks are not that good.

I want to start by saying thank you to all staff at Brix orthography hotel, I want to start with Mr. Curtis, and Antonio, for going out of their way to make tea for my girlfriend. Those guys were very nice and polite to us while staying at the hotel. All the staffs who help with the breakfast, I want to thanks you all for your hard work. Food was great. I give it a 10. I want to thanks the entire staffs from top to bottom. A special thanks to the deli ladies. On point with their customer service. I can't remember all the names. I want to thanks Janea, Nikisha. The doorman thank you. The front office clearks and managers thank you so much for making my first ever trip to Trinidad a pleassant stay. Lots of great memories. I fall in love with the food, the people. From Boston Massachusetts to you Trinidad. See you next time.

My room had carpet, and some had vinyl. I would have preferred a non carpeted floor.

Limited vegan selections at breakfast and on dinner menus.

I absolutely loved Nekeisha and Jenee the ladies who works at the coffee station. They were always pleasant and smiling. And let’s not forget Janell who works the front desk who was very knowledgeable of day to day operations, always willing to help the customers. Making helpful recommendations. The day we checked out I asked that someone come up to get our luggage. Well the manager himself came and took the bags down for us. Impressive! Now that never happens in America. Will definitely be back. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

The rooftop bar is underwhelming, and not kept to a standard as the rest of the hotel seems to be . Also I had mentioned in both the booking and in person before bringing my wife , that is was our anniversary and if there was anything the hotel could do , I offered to pay extra for anything they could do to make it romantic etc, got no help no response and wasn't acknowledged. Also was disappointed on a Saturday night the restaurant closed kitchen at 930 which we were forced to go to the avenue to get dinner .

I really can't say that there was anything that I didn't like.

The overall experience was really enjoyable. The very pleasant and efficient staff I met at check-in - I was also given an upgrade, since it was my first stay at the hotel. The size of the room/bathroom etc. made it really comfortable space-wise. I also really enjoyed the full variety of options available at the buffet breakfast. Truly amazing and catering to any and everyone's taste.

The shower in our room had no door.. so the bathroom was flooed every time we took a bath.!

Water wasn’t always refilled in rooms, pool bar staff weren’t always about in the evenings to serve you, the restaurant menu was a little limiting (if we had stayed longer I think we would have struggled) as a dairy free/vegetarian option.

Booked the hotel due to the pool/rooftop and room size. All very well received and happy with standard. Really friendly staff so would book again if coming back to Trinidad.

Nice pool area. Huge room. Comfortable bed and strong shower. Friendly staff who made an effort to get my room ready earlier than official check-in time. They encouraged me to prepare a 'breakfast to go' from the excellent buffet when I had to catch an early flight. I will return a next time.

Little to no reference to Trini culture, sliver reflected in fine dining menu and breakfast. Musical selection was quietly played, and sometimes, I had to strain to hear it.

Clean, updated facilities, natural surroundings, wonderful staff front desk to exceptional snack bar and The Exchange staff! Breakfast was beautifully setup, great outdoor patio to enjoy meals with family; the pool was amazing, relaxing, great hours, and well maintained; nice seating areas to sit and chat and enjoy a large cookie! Curry chicken dish offered at room service level was a great touch. 24/7 room service kept me sane, and awesome service couldn't be happier. The gym was a plus with updated exercise equipment and ample space to stretch. Appreciated being able to view daily and running tally of charges to the room.

No bathrobes, a distinct lack of toiletries such as shower cap, body lotion and other things you would expect when paying this much for a hotel room. Housekkeeping wasn't great, they would take towels and not replace them. Not empty bins or replace water. On day I asked for water at 4pm and it stulol hadn't arrived by the time i checked out at 13:30 the next day.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful and the food and beverage offerings really good. Fantastic roof bar to watch the sunset and enjoy the ambience. All of the staff were very happy and wanted to help.

The fact that the menu didn't cater much for a rice lover like me

The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was hospitable and friendly not forgetting how accomodating the service was; our room was spacious and clean and the food was good.

I celebrated my birthday on March 11th. It was my first time at the Brixx. I was blown away by the staff's kindness. Really appreciate it. I'm looking forward to going back soon. Loved breakfast. 😍
