Staff didn't know English. Gave us 4th floor to stay. We carried our whole suitcase till 4 floors. AC was not working properly.

Overall a very good experience. Maybe the hotel could do some renovations works to make it more modern. Also note that they will not make your room every day (we were told every 3 days)

The hotel is super close to Calis beach as well as many cafes and restaurants. Every morning we have enjoyed breakfast prepared with fresh and local ingredients. The owners are very nice and warm people, you will definitely feel like home!

When you switch on the ventilation it’s very cold and I could not set up in a good way I would definitely add good coffee for breakfast and make the breakfast more variable, so that it’s not the same every day And a mirror in the room if possible

Very close to the beach which is very good in my view. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The room as such is ok, good bathroom. The breakfast was good (standard Turkish one)

it was a shame that the air conditioning couldn't be left on whilst we were out of the room. The access to the hotel is not very clear. It would have been good to have tea and coffee making facilities, and an area to sit in outside of the room. it would have been good to have a full length mirror in the bedroom.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the room was effective though it was a shame it wasn't possible to keep it on whilst we were out of the room. The breakfast was Turkish style and generous - fruit, cheese, Turkish pastries, bread and eggs. The location was handy for accessing the beach and close to a supermarket.

There was a very disturbing guest who started shouting like a maniac around 3am. This is of course not the fault of the hotel or their staff

Inconsiderate fellow guests on my corridor seemed to think it was ok to bang their doors loudly numerous times when they left their rooms in the morning. Not the hotel's fault of course.

I was in a lovely modern room with all new facilities. Breakfast was typically Turkish with plenty of choice. Owners and staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is further away from the centre of Fethiye. It takes at least half an hour to get to the centre and then additional time to get to Oludeniz. The language barrier is real but manageable and the hosts are incredibly welcoming!

Clean and comfortable rooms at a fantastic cost. Located right along the bus routes, making it easy to get around Fethiye. The hosts are very friendly and ready to assist, although they don't speak much English.

It felt far far away from the main part of Fethiye but was so close to Calis Beach and transport - so really depends what you’re coming to Fethiye for.

It was clean and had a great breakfast spread, the owners were very generous and even drove us to the port on our last day - they had every minimal English, but tried their best to communicate - one is an ex French teacher, so would be great accomm if you speak French! We stayed in the older rooms, and they were old but comfortable and fine for the couple of nights we stayed. Very close to the beach and the walking strip of restaurants along Calis beach. Also very close to the local bus stop which is SUPER easy to take and only costs about 10-15TL to get into main Fethiye.

Cared for small family pension, kind elderly hosts, clean, comfortable, dated, don't expect 4star hotel, lovely garden with comfortable seating, generous breakfast buffet, 2 minutes to the beach , promenade and bus stop. Good value.

The hotel is really close to the beach prommenade and close to supermarkets and restautants. The personell is really freidnly and helpful.

It was fabulous. We were met at the airport, driven to the hotel. The room was clean, newly renovated, warm and comfortable. You can walk to the beach in two minutes, a beautiful promenade. The breakfast was hearty, plentiful and delicious. It is a charming place and the couple are so kind.

Run by a friendly couple. Rooms are basic but clean including bathroom. Breakfast is quite good but there is no replenishment - if one dish is over that's it. Thought it was bit cheaper for the location/facilities given the exchange rate at the time. Had a car so getting around was not a problem. Quite close to the beach - you walk to the beach and the restaurants. grocery stores across the road. overall quite pleasant.
