It is in the center and some restaurants near it cause noice at night.

It has a great location and a comfortable loft. It is close to Konyaaltı Beach and cafes. It has a big elevator, internet connection is good. We liked it.

Noices from the street, also we had issues with the safe it was not functional, in addition to the toilet did not store water. The hotel staff tried to solve the issue, but with no success

Perfect location, super friendly and helpful staff on the reception (the real reception is just 2mins walking from the accomodation) also available 24/7 on whatsapp, amazing.

The bar near the hotel can be really loud at nights (until 12-01) so make sure you have the earplugs and you don’t have kids who have to sleep at this time

Awesome stay! Really kind and attentive administrator, willing to help with every aspect of our stay/trip and he speaks really good English! Cozy and big rooms, daily cleaning, excellent location. While we were in other districts, it was hard to find a good place to eat or to have a coffee - but here you just walk for 1/3/5/7 minutes and you see a lot of good restaurants and cafes. The sea is in 5-7 minutes of walking from the hotel, the mountains are in 20-25 minutes of driving. We have planned to stay here for 1 week but extended our stay for one more because we liked the hotel a lot.

The only downside was that there was a restaurant opposite the hotel where the music was loud until midnight, which could be a bit bothersome for light sleepers. However, other than that, everything was perfect.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check in three hours earlier than scheduled. The room was clean, and it was cleaned every day, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was fantastic, being very close to the sea. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for meals and shopping.

The tv could have more choices of international and speaking english channels. The kitchen would be more functional if had a microwave, if you are with no option to go out (if raining) it would be helpful to be able to warm up quick meal. During some night it was very noise with washing machine going on late in the evening.

Cleaning! bed linen was changed once only after calling the reception. They changed towels and took out the trash. Nothing more.

It’s comfortable , good location, thanks man from the reception for help us when we forgot our card inside late night. Staffs are really friendly

Trend suites is great. Highly recommend, clean, spacious and in a really good location. Managers are really responsive if you have any queries. Appreciated having fast WiFi, comfy bed and a well equipped kitchen. Great restaurants and bakeries nearby. Would definitely return and also book transfers through booking.com as they are really well priced.

The restaurant right across the road holds loud parties on Friday and Saturday nights. You may not be able to sleep until 1am but can join and have fun )

Conveniently located, 5 minutes to the beach line, few decent restaurants around including probably the best in konyalty meat grill rest - TasDuvar. The room was spacious , clear with with everything rather new inside. Laundry available by request - very quick and not reasonably priced

The only real downside which didn’t effect us much but light sleepers or children may be affected by the bar opposite. Literally everyday whether it is busy or not at the bar the sound is still super loud like drumming sound etc! That didn’t effect how I felt about the apartment!

The apartment was literally amazing. Super clean. Towels got changed everyday. The staff are great but the main staff remain at their other apartment which is trend cycle. The cleaning staff don’t understand English much so use google translator and they will understand but they are really nice. The location is spot on. konyalti beach is literally a 7-10 mins walk. There’s a food place called Shakespeare nearby (google it) which is really nice for breakfast/lunch. Not had dinner there. There is so many food places nearby, supermarket, banks nearby. For Taxi, there are buttons on poles and you press that and taxi will come. Just for price info, taxi cost us around £18-£20 (650 lira) from the airport to the apartment one way. Taxi from land of legends to our apartment cost us around £42 (1450 Lira) one way. Taxi from apartment to old bazaar cost us around £7-£8 (280 lira). This is just to give you an idea. I definitely wouldn’t opt for private transfer as it works out more! Anyways lovely spacious apartment.

There's not that many dishes and cutlery. It would be nice if there'd be some utensils for cleaning. For example a broom for cleaning sand after the beach.

We liked the roomservice. Very friendly and diligent. At the first day there were 2 water bottles and coffee. You can easily contact the staff via WhatsApp and they are very helpful. The street and surroundings are quiet except for 1 restaurant. There's a lot of restaurants around and a bus stop is like 5 minutes away. It's really simple to walk to the beach. It takes like 10 minutes. Grocery stores are not far as well. The pool was nice and clean and there weren't many people around. It felt really exclusive. The balcony is quite comfortable as well for relaxing in the evening. The cleaning ladies changed the towels every day.

I loved it

The location is perfect and in the centre, but is still quiet as it’s on a side street. This is our 2nd time staying here and would happily stay again. Very clean and comfy beds, staff are great. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Excellent location, minutes to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The apartment was spacious and clean, with great AC and shades. The pool is shaded in the afternoon and a blessing for kids to enjoy water when the beach gets too hot. Great place.
