We spent 3 nights and they did not clean the room while we were there and the WIFI was really weak and did not work well.

My mum was in 313. No wifi. Air con wasnt working. And she got LOTS of bites. Bed bugs? I was in 306 and i got 1 bite on me! Our balcony light didnt work.

Stunning view. Staff upgraded one of our rooms to sea view. Clean. Breakfast had enough choice.

Rooms needed more thorough cleaning. Typical things are clean, but walls need wiping and the place is just becoming run down. Gym had good equipment, but really needs a fan/AC and towels/water available

There was nothing bad. The only small confusing situation was in restaurant not so far from hotel, because we couldn't pay by card there and had and menu was only Turkish. But it's not a problem, it's just fact that should be taken into account that this is really small more locals-oriented place.

Very nice small place to stop for a couple days. It's not touristic place, most of people here are locals, so you need liras here. We enjoyed time and stay here next to the see. Good place for kalm recharging and walks along the beach. Stuff was extremely friendly and spoke English. Room was pretty smal, but normal for short stay.

The WiFi can be a bit spotty. The loud music on the weekends can disturb your sleep.

The scenery from the room was beautiful. The breakfast was good. The free water bottles in the fridge in the rooms was a very nice touch. The pool was nice. Overall a very good hotel in this area.

The facility was slightly old. We had a family room and in one of the rooms the AC was barely working.

The staff was excellent. The room service was very prompt and everyone wanted us to have a great time. The location and food are also retry stellar. Don't think there is a better view to catch the sunset than the room balcony or the restaurant

Excellent hotel, deserves more than three stars... They provide you with towels for the swimming-pool. Towels and slippers on every bed. Rooms with view on the sea come with a separate balcony. Excellent stay, and the staff was very welcoming...

Easy to get to from the airport (30 mins, 300 TKY) and plenty of shops and cafe nearby

Nobody speaks English on a decent level. The breakfast was decent but missed porridge, cereals, and other healthy food; there were a lot of fried things. The hotel is listed as a hotel with an airport transfer, and the staff confirmed that they have one, but in fact, they just place an order on a website of a 3rd-party transfer company charging you 200% of the price which is not fair. It was not clear if you need to pay the driver or at the reception; we paid the driver (a typical thing), and it appeared that it was not the expected choice. We paid the driver and then had to deal with both the hotel and the transfer to resolve this issue since they expected us to pay at the reception; unfortunately, none of them was able to speak English.

The nature around the hotel is very beautiful. The room is quite small but cozy; the bed was very comfortable.

It is very hard to get there. I’ve contacted property the day before my arrival and Mr. Burak said they will arrange transfer for 300tl from airport. But it ended up 450. Very pricey I think and not very honest.

We had a bit of language barriers in the beginnings as most of the staff didn’t speak English. But after couple of days we started using the google translator and we could find the solution for everything.

The pool area and the grill restaurant they have downstairs beside the pool and also the kindness of the staff.

Few staff speak English. communication was always a problem. I admit that they are all polite and helpful but you have to work hard to have a conversation. the restaurants around the hotel most of them are over priced due to their location.

it was relaxing and calm, away from Istabul's congestion. my room was a see view and I could enjoy the sea waves sound all the time.
