Nothing!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Kara and we know what we want and what we get. Not the best equipped and most modern apartment in Kemer, but for us the apartment at the top (Loft) has everything we need such as a private large sun terrace (solarium) with sunbeds, a good view of the city and close to shops and restaurants. And the weather was fantastic during our entire stay. And Mustafa is a nice and helpful host who also makes the best coffee in Kemer.

Perfect location. 10 minutes walk to the public beach. 5 min walk to central street with multiple shops. Awesome and friendly host - Mustafa helped us with all questions about Kemer and his apartments. Thanks for this opportunity to visit Kemer. It's the best in October - warm enough and sea water is good, but not too hot like in summer. Recommend if you want to visit Kemer.

Mustafa (owner) is a very nice and helpful person. All his recommendations are a must - marketplaces, restaurants, and beaches. He has the best coffee in the city (roasted and brewed by himself).

Lovely place for a family vacation

We have a powerful shower at home so it took a few days to get used to the water pressure. Also I would have liked a more thorough cleaning regime using bleach.

Location was fabulous, close to all amenities yet so quiet. Mustafa is an excellent host and is so helpful. He even gave us a lift to Antalya for our flight home which worked really well for our flight times. Apartment had sufficient equipment to enable us to eat there which we did every morning.

Mustafa is a wonderful person and hospitable, warm-hearted host. We were very happy to communicate with him every time. He helped us with everything, we needed and asked about. The place was quiet and comfortable. Near the house there is a place for taking drinking water, which comes from the mountains. We would love to come again and already miss !

- Wi-Fi is relatively slow and not very stable. I would advice to use mobile Internet. In Turkey it costs about 300-400 TL for 25GB -Few cats living on the territory, they can come to your balcony, especially mornings. Nonetheless they behave well, no aggression, no feces. For us cats were not a big problem, but if you cannot stand cats be aware of that

- Very friendly host Mustafa! He is always on-call, ready to give any local advice and professionally makes delicious coffee - Location is good, about 10 min walking to the beach, 5 min to the supermarket. Some restaurants around - Cleaning service was good - Conditioner works without problems, for hot climate in Turkey it is very important!

we had an amazing stay at Kara Family Apart, the host and owner Mustafa goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is as memorable as possible. The rooms and property is as seen in the pictures so here you will get what you see. (except that the gras next to Pool now is a wood deck) He also has a coffebar where he use spesial roasted coffe beans located next to the Pool and let me tell you, his coffe is the best i ever tasted. All in all if we could give the hotel and Mustafa 5 stars we would!

Kara Family Apartments is probably the best located place in Kemer - just a stones throw from restaurants, town centre and the beach. Mustafa was such a perfect host - attentive, helpful and friendly at all times. Be sure to try his speciality coffees 👌🏼

Some door grips on the furniture were broken. The bathroom requires better cleaning. There is coffee bar in the yard, which is cool. But people there were smoking constantly, which is not cool.

A lot of space, a lot of sunlight, many windows. Big table on a kitchen. The host was always open for communication, though not intrusive. Some cats around will try to make friends of you to get something tasty on a dinner.

May be a little bit noisy around, until 10pm or 11pm in the evening (especially on Friday), which is challenging for those who prefers to fall asleep erlier. So I'd advise to other travelers to have their earplugs with them.

Stayed with much pleasure at this apartment house, Mustafa is very responsive and always taking care. Also, very communicable cats, especially a lady-boss, Tarçın! The place is very convenient in terms of transportation: we came by bus from Antalya (the respective bus stop is very close to the apartment), then we took buses from here to many places around in the Kemer area. Pretty nice beaches, nice weather at the second half of October (not too hot during a day time, while nights are still warm enough to sleep with the open window).

We are very thankful for this time in Kara Family! Very nice hotel owner Mustafa is always ready to help and answer of all our questions. The territory of hotel is very green, a lot of trees, it's very pleasant) The apartments are big and convenient, in the kitchen was all, what we need. All precautionary measures from Covid-19 are respected. Mustafa makes very tasty coffee, It was great pleasure for us) No any noise in surrounding, It is very important for families with children. Slight smell of cat urine from bathroom window. Fortunately it vanished after the owner saw to cleaning after the first night. There are a lot of wild cats in Turkey.

Once we got our bearings Convenient location. Near to Carrefour supermarket and another next to it. Foe the price it was value for money. Owner was particularly helpful. When we couldn't check in online he tried to help by calling the airport and Turkish Airlines. And also said we could book another night if we needed as there was vacancy available. Fortunately my agent confirmed it was a glitch with the website and we checked in at the airport. The taxi to the airport that was also booked was also fantastic
