Friendly and smiley staff. Clean, cozy and spacious room, with large balcony over the town. Tasty and various breakfast, plenty of choices. They have their own parking. We had a pleasant and comfortable staying.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dosso Dossi Golden Horn in Istanbul, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered breathtaking views. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight, with a diverse menu and exquisite flavors. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay in Istanbul.

The building is a five star property and definitely provide premium facilities and dining area. The room were spacious and spotless with sense of luxury and comfy with premium clean sheets which made the stay very pleasant, even provides high-end, luxury toiletries for guests. The breakfast buffet was delicious, the ingredients were perfect, with a huge variety of options. The staff have a professional and friendly manner, attentive and mostly went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and needs met. Basically provides flawless guest services. They offer free shuttle to taxim and some other parts in the main tourist areas.

All was great

Breakfast was good and there was a wide range variety of products. There is also an omelette section, salad bar, patisseries and many more. I was travelling by myself for a few days break and I felt all the staff were very accommodating and willing to help. Breakfast is good and the gym and spa amazing. there is also a daily shuttle bus to the city and they also provide transfers to and from the airport. Thank you to everyone for the loveliest day and special thanks to staff Abdul Salam, Firuze and concierge Mohammed.

Property was outside of downtown. When you're done visiting monument you come back to peaceful room to enjoy the view and quiet time. Hill location was excellent for us, after dinner we would walk uphill, behind hotel to get fresh air , view and more exercise. Seeing locals was nice too.

Literally everything was just perfect! Starting with the amazing friendly welcoming at the reception to the very well-equipped clean room with breathtaking scenery. The breakfast was superb and represented international cuisine. Very looking forward to my next visit.

We really liked the place, the breakfast in the morning was amazing, the view was very nice, the service staff was very attentive and friendly Territorially, it is a little far from the center, but there is a bus stop nearby, taxis and transportation are easy

Wifi can be improved

Excellent service, all our requests were accommodated. We were given room upgrades. The housekeeping staff Sakine was amazing. The bell boy Muhammed is exceptional. Breakfast has a large range with dishes changing daily. We stayed a few weeks and found no complaints.

All was fine for us.

Very nice place with all what you need for you and the family. Great atmosphere . Clean, quite. Extremely nice staff , very reactive , always offering assistance and good advices . Many Thanks to Ms Pinar from the cleaning staff and to Mahmoud at the reception, including all other colleagues .

The first night was very cold, 16.6 degrees in the room, because the A/C was left turned on the entire day, most probably. I notified the staff 3 times, they assured me that they would turn off the air conditioning, they turned it off, but they did not turn on the heat. It seems to me inadmissible for a 4-star hotel to sleep dressed as outside. The next day I reported again, and the problem was solved, but the first night was terrible.

Nice hotel .. good location and great breakfast . Staff was good . However they charged me for the universal power adapter as my luggage got delayed and I requested them to loan me till my luggage is received . But still they charged me 150 TL .
