We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOur room could have done with a chair. Boa restaurant not great. We virtually ate in the dark as the lighting was inadequate. It was quite difficult to get into the a la carte restaurants but when you did go, there was hardly any diners there. Nothing else, all good.
It is quite unusual as its overall ethos is organic and natural which I loved. Our room was in the adult only area and we enjoyed lazy days on the adult only Kesere Beach. This had plenty of sun beds so no creeping out early mornings to reserve with towels. In fact they openly discourage this. Food in the buffet restaurant was exceptionally good. Our favourite was the fresh fish counter they bbqd your choice in front of you. Staff were brilliant and helpful although we were there at a busy Easter time.

Switzerlandnot something I didn't like but one note for the management: staff is doing an excellent job considering the number of guests, they keep smiling and giving their best, however it is clear you need more people. please keep investing, as guests like me are not really coming for the room or the pool, there are many other hotels with nice facilities. we keep coming back to Marvy for the service and people and if you lose them due to long hours you'll also lose the guests..
it was our second time back after last year, and we enjoyed it even more. especially life guards at slides, the service at the main restaurant, kids club (especially Cigdem - the duo master!) and help by reception staff to accommodate a meeting room last second was showing above and beyond commitment to customer happiness. also big thank you to trainee Yagiz who is doing a great job at the pool bar. we'll certainly be back for years to come.

United KingdomIn the morning we spent our time at the kids splash park but come lunch time there was no where in that area that we could grab something simple for the kids to snack or eat or even drink. It was either back the main hotel for buffet or a restaurant up one of the many hilly walks with push chair in toe. A small gripe but it was a daily chore. Also the kids club was of a poor standard it looked ok but staff and facilities were lack lustre. No premium drinks at the bars

Switzerlandthere was a glass bottle broken in baby pool. despite notifying 4 different people (including the night manager) they did not take any action until some poor kid got really hurt. instead of focusing on "how to buy local produce" and "wearable art" workshops, I'd appreciate more focus on health & safety basics by management.
