Though the property manager is on-site, there is no reception. It wasn't a problem for us, but be aware that receiving the keys could be troublesome for others.

The location is perfect for those wanting to visit the typical Istanbul sites (Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, etc.). The room was very spacious for two people and the view from our room was great. Small amenities (shampoo, shower gel) were also provided in ample amounts. The property manager was the one who met us and provided the keys, as well as carrying our luggage up the stairs.

Upon arrival, we noticed that the room was not thoroughly cleaned as there was a lot of dust and some papers on the floor. Moreover, we had to endure some noise throughout the night which was a bit disturbing and made it difficult for us to sleep. We believe that the door in front of the bed in our room presumably led to some kind of machine room.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. We were able to reach it easily from the airport and also we were near 0the main tourist attractions, numerous restaurants, and public transportation. The apartment also has a lovely terrace with a nice view of the sea, where we could enjoy coffee and tea. The gentleman who manages the property was exceptionally kind and friendly. Although the room is in the basement, there is a big window to outside, which allows the places to have natural light.

Very steep stairs, probably too steep for elderly people. If you have huge heavy luggage, it will be tricky to pull it up those stairs. The studio apart had a very narrow shower, had to squeeze into the shower.

Location is perfect, less than 15 mins walk to touristic destinations. Good value for money. Nice view and space on rooftop terrace. Surrounded by eating places.

Toilet water flush is weak in our room, but other than that nothing much to complain about.

Mehmet's hospitality and friendliness makes the whole stay exceptional. Visiting the common room without a tea served is impossible. Dont expect grand and luxurious facility, expect family and home style stay, then you are on the right track.

The tap water in the shower was very tight to set the desired temperature. Some things are shabby and wobbling. Strange smell in the bath. Not perfect, but not so bad.

It needs a bit of renovation and I hope they can do it (armchair, night tables, table and chairs, curtains... everything is still OK but old design) anyway very good relation price/service. The stairs were not a problem even make the place different but are not for everyone.

The room is actually small, the bathroom and the shower cabin are even smaller and it’s not so comfortable to take a shower. The stairs are quite narrow and steep, not possible to access if you have any kind of difficulty in moving. I guess the photos are taken long time ago because they are not absolutely realistic- the hotel has much much more traces of use.

Great location - only 2-3 mins walking to the most popular place in Istanbul (the Egyptian obelisk, Blue mosque and St. Sofia). Very nice view from our window (room 7). Mehmed was super host - polite, friendly and helpful, he helped with the luggage and with the parking spot for the car (there is a paid parking nearby but he allowed us to park for free exactly in front of the door).

The only mention of something to not like, is the rooms are for smoking too. I don't smoke, and I object to the smell. But on saying that, I really didn't notice much of an odor.

The location is super, close to main attractions, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and many many restaurants, cafes, and coffee houses, very easy walking all over the interesting spots. The bed, comfortable, the view from the window, wonderful, full of light. The room is cheerful, yet small, but not too small. The small kitchen in the hallway was adequate for my needs. WiFi excellent. Plenty of hot water in the shower. All in all, a very good stay. On top of all that, Muhammet (sp?), the concierge was always there to give a hand, he was the friendly face of the apartment.
