The staff, from the front desk manager to the housemaid, is well behaved, efficient, very helpful and professional. The hôtel is confortable, well situated, close to tram, shops and tourist attractions. The hotel restaurant is excellent - the best we've been to during our stay in Istanbul. We were a group of 6 and we all enjoyed our stay. We strongly recommend.

We just wished there was an electric kettle all day in the room although they always provided us with a flask of hot water all the time that we needed.

Breakfast was adequate and always fresh. The location was great very close to most of the tourist's attractions. The staff were very helpful and went above our expectation,especially Burhan. But the restaurant staff were all very nice and give service with a smile and always ready to help. This hotel is very worthed for the money.

The Hotel is placed in the very heart of the center, with all the main attractions and topic places nearby, that can be reached also by walk. Personnel very kind and very prompt for any need or suggestion. The room is clean, comfortable and silent. Breakfast good, mainly with cooked and not sweet food

Minor issue - the sensor lights on room floors were a bit slow to turn on so you were left in the dark

The location and helpfulness of staff were great. An easy walk (or tram ride) to all the locations I wanted to visit. Staff were very welcoming. The room was small but very comfortable

- I found the pillows a bit too hard and deep for comfortable sleeping - The AC did not cool the room when set to the cooling setting (not sure if it was still switched off during April, but the temperatures were almost summer-like) - Sometimes, the window was left open after cleaning. I generally support fresh air, but then, the room always smelled like burned wood (I assume from nearby grill restaurants) - A second nightstand would be great

The only problem was the ineffective cooling system in our room. Would be worth upgrading it in time for summer, especially as the room is on the top floor.

Absolutely nothing. everything was great

The truth is that I didn't have many expectations... and the truth is that from the moment they picked us up in a van I knew that things would be fine. The guys at the reception are a 10, the rooms are huge, beautiful and clean. The breakfast is exquisite and in general everything works wonderfully.

Its location is close to the business and the historical sites. Breakfast is good for a person who came to this city for the first time. Room is clean.

The fan/AC was really loud in the room and the bathroom. After coming back in the evening, room always felt stuffy even though the window was open at all times.

The room was very clean, and the TV had access to Netflix (you have to log in to your account) and youtube which was great for the evenings. The location was very central in the old city. the restaurant of the hotel is beautiful. Stuff was very helpful

Very close to main historical places, blue mosque, Ai sofiya, Bazilik cisterns, Top kapi- in 7-10 minutes of relaxing walk, Suleimaniya and Grabs Bazar - 15-20 minutes of walk. Also close to Boats 🛥️ station, like 10 minutes of walk, metro station in 3 minutes of walk, highly recommended this location, restaurants on every corner, shops, pharmacies- everything you need around the hotel. Hotel by itself clean, breakfasts are very good, I have been is Istanbul 10 times, so for this price breakfast is very very nice. Guys on reception super helpful and very friendly, I think all of them speak English. Number was extremely warm, we even turned off the heater, we also had number with view to bosfor. I really recommend this hotel. Of course it is a bit old, needs some refreshing, but it is old center, almost all hotels around that old, but most of the time you will be out, so, you will not even notice that. What I also liked - number is comfortable size, Bathroom is also, in old center for this price not so easy to find this size rooms) bed is also big, for me was important, my husband is tall, so he felt comfortable.
