Phone in room didn’t work, water dropped from a/c onto the bed, at checkout there was no one to deal with it and had to bring my suitcase down steep stairs late at night, the airport transport was badly organized, etc

The room gets quite hot at times as the air con unit doesn't blow cold air. Possibly might need to upgrade the unit itself but other than that everything else was great.

Everything was great. The staff are friendly and the room was excellent. Great location as well. Really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay here again. Malo aupito.

The drains were quite smelly in the bathrooms which wasn’t a big issue but noticeable.

booking price was more expensive than the hotel price, we could not get all the days we wanted on booking (no availability) but once there, we could extend. booking nights were much more expensive. same room etc

Water bottles in the rooms were not replaced daily and there were no cleaning services on Sunday. Food is quite pricey.

The staff were friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. Location was to my liking.

The Wi-Fi was unfortunately very poor and I wish I had bought a SIM card at the airport. No lunch and dinner on Sundays. I understand it is the local culture, however some provisions should have been made even if just some sandwiches.

Beautifully designed room with lovely relaxing balcony. Good freshly cooked breakfast. Excellent location within walking distance of most things.

Bed and pillows weren’t so comfy. No tv in our room and wifi wasn’t included in the room price

The location was excellent, the food at their restaurant was the best on the island and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Josephine , the manager helped us find a rental car during our stay and drove us to get it. She went out of her way to help us while we were there. Ronnie, the chef always had a smile on his face and cooked up some delish meals during our stay. We had some of the best tuna steaks we’ve ever had! The restaurant staff were also so nice and lovely

Breakfast was fine although sometimes it did feel like we were on rations as limited amounts of milk, cereal and bread for toast were provided. Cooked breakfast was fine. Staff very friendly and restaurant for evening meals was very good.

Noise from the road and night club was WAY too loud. In addition the air conditioner didn’t seem to do the job.

General cleanliness of the room was not great - bathroom hadnt been properly cleaned, there was mildew/mold on the walls in the room and the sheets had either mold or dirt on them.

Staff were very friendly and accomodating, they were a highligh of the place. Restaurant downstairs offered a good selection for meals.

It just wasn’t what I expected for $300 bucks a night. TV was broken. Staff knocked on my door at 8pm to get me to pay my bill a day early. The main manager Liz was very helpful but I felt uncomfortable listening to her yell and be mean to her staff at every opportunity.

Location is AMAZING! opposite the whale tours and faua wharf for pangiomatu ferry.

The leafy garden restaurant is like a little oasis in Nuku’alofa. Food was great. Room was large and comfortable, with a balcony and hot water.

Bathroom is smelly, bad smell even you asked housekeeping to clean. Serve bottle water only the first day. Kettle is very dirty that you an boil water. Toilet door has sound when open and close. Roosters on the trees very close to the rooms wake you up every hour in the evening.

Location close to dive shop, it’s on the road so noisy. Staff are nice especially the one serve meal to us.

The staff weren’t prompt with our needs. TV wasn’t working for the whole 5 days. No communication to see what was happening. The iron went missing a few times. They weren’t emptying our rubbish daily and we had ask for toilet paper.

The beds were comfortable.
