We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AlgeriaThe rooms obviously need major maintenance and rénovation. I had an issue to lock and open my room door since my arrival which should have been check prior my arrival. The maintenance guys came to fix the issue after my several reminders.

AustriaUnfortunately, the hotel receptionist arranged for an airport taxi for early morning at 5. They also confirmed to me. But I ended up waiting for the Taxi like half an hour and no Taxi showed up. The receptionist was not of great help but asked the outside security to look out on the street for a Taxi. I was very upset and worried that I will not make it to my flight. Luckily, a Taxi driver passed by the hotel at that early hour and the security person caught him and I made it to my flight. This is very unprofessional and unreliable by the hotel staff. Very disappointed!

United KingdomCheck in staff were a little officious - not very friendly or welcoming. No information provided about the hotel except time for breakfast. Weren’t told about the pool - opening times or how to get towels, what our package included, use of safe, no information in room about hotel. Ants in room. Management staff awful. No customer care or service. Unhelpful and rude.
Location great. Walking distance to shops. On beach. Lovely pool and plenty of sun beds. Restaurant was large with options to sit outside.

CanadaThe staff constantly hit on me and I heard them doing it to other woman guests as well. Outrageous! I don't feel comfortable going to the pool (which closes at 6pm!) the beach in my bathing suit and having men who are supposed to be professionals asking me if I have a boyfriend. We waited 45 minutes to check in despite arriving after check in time, and the staff wouldn't tell us why. Just kept saying 5 more minutes. Another guest told me she waited over an hour. There are NO food or drinks available at the beach. This is insane to me! There was also no food you could buy during the day!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is only the buffet open only at certain hours,which you have to purchase a whole buffet meal you can't just get a snack. The hotel had many bad smells, depending on where you were. Right outside our room was what I can only describe as the smell of rank sweat. I saved a lot of money by not going to the spa as when you walk in the reak of mould and must is overwhelming. Don't get me started on the beds! they were made with little plastic buttons so you can feel these all over the bed. There is no mattress topper, only a thin sheet. Well, it is a hot country and people get up to all sorts of things in hotel beds. No hotel is replacing their mattresses after each guest so I don't want to think about what has soaked into those mattresses. As for the rest of the bedding...there was literally only a sheet on the bed to cover with! When I looked in the cupboard for another blanket there was only an UNCOVERED duvet!!! Do they wash these whole duvets? It did not seem clean to me. The floors are sticky from the sea air and it feels disgusting (though the cleaning staff were great and came each day to clean and did a great job). You would think that they would provide slippers as a 4 STAR hotel but NO! The whole hotel was showing its ago.
Not much! Close to town so you can go to the fancy grocery store to get wine and bear staying here! Also close to restaurants if you want to eat outside of the limited times/buffet only that is at the hotel.
