The Beach and Pool Bar open at 10 and Close at 1800. For those either on Half Board or Inclusive this is not good value for money. They should open earlier and close later.

- The majority of the staff didn't speak English - Low quality and variety of the all included drinks - Couldn't understand the room cleaning schedule - The sand from the hotel's beach had loads of algae: sometimes it was the worst in comparisson to the beaches around - No AC (or very low) in the dining area and corridors

A lot of things were not clear when we came here. The staff was in a rush and did not explain any rule regarding bracelet and did not show us facilities (eg: different pools, etc). It kind of felt like a factory sometimes. Before my arrival, I sent emails to ask for more information, nobody ever answered. The hotel is far from the rest of activities on the island, so you need to book a cab.

The beach is nice (but some days there were not enough deckchairs for everybody). The bedroom was bright, clean, well furnished and the bed was very comfy.

Not much English spoken at reception, so check-in was a challenge. (I was trying to upgrade my room.) I kept being asked to see my bracelet by gate security, despite reception telling me I didn't need one.

Spa facilities were excellent. The room had everything I needed.

At the spa after someone give us a tour we felt quite pressured to decide to pick something from the treatments and pay right away. We wanted to think about it because there was a lot of treatments and we wanted to take our time. We didn't feel relaxed nor confortable at all with this. The guy literally told us to go back to our room to get the credit card to pay for something we didn't decide to do. Why would we do that? If we went to the spa is to relax and have a good time, why complicate things? Just ask the number of the room and put on the bill like any other hotel does. Other point we realised was that everytime we asked something at the front desk they seemed quite overwhelmed like they never had that happened before. It was a simple late check we asked for.

I liked that there was a lot of restaurant/bar/cafés options being buffet or à la carte. Also there's activities and entertainment everyday. We really enjoyed the food specially breakfast.

the rooms were noisy and not clean. the description stated that you got a room with a view of the pool, I had a view of a wall. but the most important thing for me was that the staff were not customer oriented and unhelpful. Despite my bad experience, I still wanted to extend a day, but 3 staff members could not arrange that. then the manager came with all kinds of excuses and said that the hotel was full, while most of the rooms were empty. We were then given a room on a wing where construction was taking place. You expect much better from an Allegeldy 5 star hotel.

Old mentality. They charge you 30dinar for the towel card even though is winter and you didn’t use any of the beach and swimming pool services. Plus careful with payment made error. Better to book everything through a travel agency and pay directly to un intermediate. The stuff ( cleaning and restaurant) are very nice and very helpful.

Great stay, I knew the hotel from 10 years ago. It exceeded my expectations. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Staff are absolutely amazing and helpful. The buffzt was great too. I really recommend Djerba and Ulysse especially this timz of the year.

for a 5 star I believe it could be more well kept. photos on booking are a bit deceiving, my room for sure needed a paint and some works done to make it more a 5* another thing was the beach, not sure if it was algae season but it had a lot and wasn’t always fun to be at sea.

I enjoy the staff which were all lovely and the entertainment nights.

Do not go in the summer The AC is barely working , impossible to sleep in that kind of heat It's very uncomfortable everywhere throughout the facilities The Employees ( servers)are complaining about how hot it is and how hard for them to focus I decided to never go back there
