So Old and a little dirty inside, the toilette was horrible, there is no space for ..., you have to sit on It 45 degrees, you can see on images which I attached here, they don't clean the room very well, the towells are old and they have to restauration all the building inside, it's dommage to leave the building like this!

The Location is perfect, I think is the best location in Tunesiam, the staffs were kind and tried to help me several times, the building from outside is beautiful!

The restaurant was closed in the evenings. As it was Ramadan we expected to see no food outlets open during the day but we should have been advised in advance that the hotel offered no food in the evenings. There are steps from the street into the lobby and from the lobby to the lift....but no handrail available.

Fantastic location at the entrance to the ancient Medina. It was great to watch the world go by from our window and balcony.

If you book a room facing the square, beware that you hear almost every noise! Windows are not soundproof at all.

Small sized rooms but tolerable . No kettle.

Location is great ( near to old city, souk and tourist attraction in medina. Close to crowded area but in closing the balcony door no noise at all . Hotel personnel were professional, nice , ready to assist. Variety of items in breakfast with fresh juices and pastries and helpful staff special gratitude to mention for Mr.Lutfy in front desk and the housekeeping team and the nice gentle doorman( butler).

On the first night we arrived I would have liked it if there was somewhere to eat inside the hotel, there is a café directly outside but this is predominantly for drinks only. This is only minor though as there are plenty of places to eat within close walking distance.

It's an impressively decorated hotel, well placed for the medina and places to eat and drink. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we had a minor problem with the bathroom in the the first room we stayed in, they moved us to a bigger room at no extra cost. The breakfast was good, filling and tasty. I'd stay here again if in Tunis.

The beauty of the decor and setting was perfect. It is situated ideally for visiting the market shops which is right next door. The staff especially Omar and Hassen were helpful and friendly.
