We had an issue during the check in we discovered that burkini is not allowed. It was not mentioned in the website during the booking. We booked the hamam in the spa but it was not a great experience, we didn't like the hamam and the massage was not good as expected.

The view is absolutely amazing, beautiful sunset . The staff working in the restaurant are extremely nice and helpful. The food is great mix between international and local tunisian cuisine and the sweets are on another level . we were super happy

The whole stayed at Royal Tulip Korbous was great. At the reception, Sofiane greeted and helped us accommodate with our stay, excellent customer service. The room was we had gave us perfect view of the Mediterranean sea and the pool. All areas were very clean. Food was super delicious, great variety, great presentation, and we enjoyed after our dinner,the pine nuts tea at the little tea place I definitely recommend this hotel and we do plan to go back.

Perhaps an issue with coordination from Booking as we thought we booked for a half-board. Perhaps prices should be clearer in the future. Hence, the staff were friendly and offered solutions to resolve this.

Everything was so excellent about this hotel—especially the amiable staff at the reception from the door. It was so quiet around, a lovely place to rest. I regret that we did not have time to go to the spa as, unfortunately, they close a bit early

I waited 1 hour and a half for check-in, and my check-out was delayed because of just a bottle of water although I told them there was no water in the room and I was in a hurry for a flight.

The weakest point is food concept. As for vegetarian narrow choice of food for lunch and late dinner starting at 19.00.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Charming small beach with green colour water and amaizing panoramic pool along with steep hills make you feel relaxing and peaceful.

A personal preference of mine is always a free standing shower in the bathroom - so the bathroom lacked a bit in this regard. Would also love to see a gift shop, where you can purchase essentials (such as sunscreen).

The location is just wow! The hotel itself is also super nice, with the staff giving the highest standard of service and always greeting you with a smile.

The bathroom was very uncomfortable. For real they need to place hoses in the bathroom, whatever they are using there for water isn't helpful. I would never go back there because of that, no matter how trivial it sounds. First night, the stafc were very hospitable. Maybe that was because of the owner being present there. Next morning everything went down. Food was bad, tastless and all looks. Some lefter items from dinner were used for brealfast. Also, it was extremely difficult to communicate with staff. We went to the pool and wanted to order drinks. We had to go up to our room to call room service. When it took them long, my husband had to leave the pool, walk the cold corridors and go to the reception. There was no waiter to attend on the clients or lifeguard around the pool. Security measures are below acceptable. The best part of it was the spa. It was nice and relaxing. The hotel seems to be for therapuetic reason, because of that they need to upgrade their bathroom hoses. No one who goes there for therapy would love to do gymnastics in the toilet 🤣

- Very expensive. You have to pay even for the swimmingpool. There is as well a pool free of charge but very small. The prices of the Spa and drinks etc. are as well unreasonable. - The hotel offers no entertainment at all except a tennis court. You actually pay the price for sleeping and having Breakfast. - In the description it is listed that the hotel offers hike tours but there is not such a thing
