The superiour double room is modern and with a 200 cm square bed. The facilities are beautiful and the hotel offers everything for a long or short stay. The buffet for dinner and breakfast was one of the biggest I've seen in Tunisia.

Forget wifi because you can’t even use it in reception. The beach was not inviting because waves were very scary and big because of the wind. Night shows are always same, it is generally dance so after few days it gets boring. Animation team was great dont get me wrong it is just that i dont think they fund them enough with the shows . they dance for 2 hours nonstop it is unnecessary. 1 hour is enough for a show because it is just dancing. There should be a referee on waterpolo game and they should give colored headbands so that people can tell apart their teammates. Cocktails were terrible, low limited and low quality. You can’t get drink after 12:00am. To drink at night, you need to stock alcohol to your room which is so funny because it is full inclusive hotel. Minibar is empty with no drinks. You need to get your water and alcohol to your room by yourself. There is no kettle or coffee facilities in the room. There wasnt a plug in the bathroom. The nightclub in the hotel is always empty do not even think about it. We saw a cockroach at the lobby bar so we are not sure about how clean it is.

Food was great. Pool was good. Daily animation activites were fun and dancers were so friendly, inviting and fun to do stuff together. Room with sea view is breathtaking. Housekeeper’s was amazing, everyday we found special decor in our room. The most important thing is the staff. They were amazing and they made our holiday. At the beach Farez is your guy with the drinks he is good. At the restaurant Sami was amazing with his special flowers and decors that he put on our table outside. Oussama is an amazing person with his beautiful special pizzas that he made for us every night. We ate at least a slice of pizza everyday for a week 😂. If you go to this hotel find him and tell him to do special pizzas for you and dont forget to tip him good. But the most important staff were reception. Mr Chakri-guest relations was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed on our arrival. You can talk to him if you have a problem with anything he will resolve it. Ravid is very lovely and kind, he is an honest man and he gave us a beautiful room and he answered all of our questions in the check-in. He is also very fun to have a chat with when he is not busy. Ridvan was our special guy for the whole time. If you go to this hotel just find him. He carries the luggages to your room and he generally works between 3pm-12. He is an amazing, kind and honest person , he definitely needs a raise. He can help you with whatever you need, just have a talk with him and ask whatever you want to ask. He was the most trustworthy person i have ever met. Overall all the staff were amazing and made our holiday amazing. Thank you guys again.

Not enough sun chairs on the pool and sea area! Wireless not working outside room very good! Shows - poor quality! People in the reception could be more professional!

Guys on the Snack, restaurant, bar near the pool and bar in the hotel were very nice! Cleaning lady on the 5'th odd floor very helpful!

There are two aspects that could be improved: the parking situation, as it is quite challenging to find a parking spot, and the poolside seating, which requires waking up early to reserve a spot by the pool.

The quality of the room is exceptional. I opted for the all-inclusive package and I was delighted with the restaurant's high quality and the variety of meals offered. The entertainment activities are diverse and abundant. Overall, I am very pleased with this experience, and in fact, I have already made a reservation for next year.

The service during breakfast, lunch and dinner needs to be improved. There was too little staff for the number of people eating. Most of the workers were sweet but seemed too stressed out and this made it difficult for them to be of proper help. In terms of food, there was a lot of options and for the majority of the day food was available to eat, including two snack times. The parking lot was another issue. It was too small, we had to park our car outside of the hotel .

The food was delicious but lacked variety. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were not filled and the minibar was empty.

It was a vibrant and welcoming place, impeccably clean, and staffed with exceptionally friendly individuals. Highly recommended!

The buffet was fine, a bit repetitive. I guess we were off-season so parts of the buffet were unused and covered. They were great for local food, so-so for Western food. Minimal snacks between meals. Room was fine , hallways were pitch dark! Like 2W LED bulbs every 15 feet.

There was no heating in the hotel and we felt cold in the room and restaurant . an electric heater and extra duvet were provided but it was not as confortable as we hoped

They did not allow my guests to come into the hotel this is not practical. I can understand not to allow guests in the rooms. But not to prevent them from entering the hotel

Quick disappointed because we got there at 3pm (the room should be ready by 2pm), and we had to wait for 30 min to get the room. The receptionist said it was ready and clean but they want someone to check it out to make sure all is good. However, after waiting for 30 min for this check, we figured out that it was not ready as the cleaning lady was still working on it. Also, the cards to enter the room did not work. So we had to go to the reception 3 times to get them fixed. Last thing: the TV did not work and we had to call the reception to get the IT guy to fix it.

The hotel is clean and the food is decent, fresh and tasty. The stuff in the restaurant are very kind.
