Outside the hotel for food it’s very limited in choice so a taxi is needed to travel for food. Food in hammermet not to great. Prefer food in Sousse more touristic areas to go to for food like cafes. However hammermet has better hotels and better beaches then Sousse in my opinion after visiting Sousse and hammermet.

Everything was new and very clean We got upgraded free to junior deluxe suite and it was absolutely amazing with a beautiful sea view and with a private jucuzzi. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful Breakfast was continental and was good plenty of choices for food. Pool areas spacious and modern sun beds Private access to beach front was spectacular

Would have liked the Beach bar to offer light snacks Like baguettes, salads, pizza etc as very limited choice of snacks. Also at Breakfast I would have loved if Water melon or honeydew melon was offered.

Clean spacious modern hotel, on the beach great pools. Guest relations Zeyneb was very helpful , knowledgeable and really friendly, nothing was too much to ask of her. Also great to hear that it was encouraged to sample the local culture and go to hammamet town centre to visit the medina great shopping , pottery artisanal gifts and made to measure clothes too l. Ali in one of the shops was so helpful in choosing gifts and made to measure clothing.

I had an exceptional experience at Hotel Royal Azur. Firstly, they graciously upgraded our stay from a regular room to a luxurious suite, which truly elevated our visit. The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and attentiveness, ensuring our every need was met with a smile. And oh, the view! It was simply breathtaking, offering a mesmerizing panorama that added an extra layer of magic to our stay. I couldn't recommend Hotel Royal Azur more highly for a truly unforgettable getaway.

Excellently designed hotel with comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner buffets had a very strong selection of hot western and Tunisian foods, seafoods, salads and sauces. The beach is clean and sealed off to non-residents. Problems were encountered during our stay but the staff repeatedly went out of their way to solve the issues for us. The spa doctor even drove me to the local pharmacy when I needed to purchase medication. Some recommendations: sit at the same table each night for dinner and get to know your waiter as it will be conducive to getting good service, and tip if the service was very good. As there is not much else to do in the town, it’s also recommended to look into the spa facilities before you arrive, as they cost extra but are really worth it, and will make up a big chunk of your day time itinerary.

The Spa is extra. Thats ok but there are some jakuzzi baths within the beach area which can only be used by spa users. We had to pay 40 Euros just to be able to use these jakuzzi baths for about 20 minutes which were nothing special at the end we found out. Spa area is not good enough , they dont even have enough place to sit or rest. Hotel is wonderful but don't bother with spa.

There were days where the food did not meet MY expectations, but this is a personal taste, and to be honest the buffet had a wide range of dishes to suit almost all tastes!

The hotel was exceptional, the cleanliness, the view, the staff; Me and my spouse are newly married couple, when the staff were informed our room was upgraded to a sea view suite which was super generous!
