Maltawe think that from the interior needs a sort of refurbishment and can take more measures for the cleaning aspects. it is clean yes but i would recommend better. The rest it is a very good hotel.
breakfast really good, and the hotel facilities , lots of swimming pools , good gym ,nice outdoor area superb!!.parking space really big comfortable!! security check all cars at the entrance , really good although tunisia is a very safe place. location is very good.we anjoyed our selves!

Food choice was good - however would have been nice to change the menu more often so that new things can be tried. Space around the hotel was great maybe some better or more food options at the bar for snacks would be good.

SerbiaThe hotel is absolutely superb - right at the beachfront, rooms are spacious and comfortable, with balconies overlooking the beach and the sea. The staff is very supportive, I have myself made some mistakes with my reservation and the front desk staff Mamdouh and the reservation manager Rihab were very helpful and forthcoming ensuring we were to solve everything smoothly. The food is also quite good and you will hardly miss anything. Perfect spot to relax and refresh while looking at the Mediterranean sea. Although some facilities were under reconstruction (like Sauna), there is plenty of things to do and enjoy yourself - outside pool(s), indoor pool, hamam etc.

QatarUnfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects of my stay that I feel compelled to highlight. Firstly, for two days, there was a complete absence of available sunbeds. The hotel's policy of accepting guests to the "a la carte restaurant" meant that they utilized the same facilities as regular hotel guests. This resulted in a shortage of sunbeds around the pool, leaving guests without a place to relax and enjoy the amenities. It was frustrating to encounter this issue and impacted my ability to fully enjoy the hotel's facilities. Furthermore, there was a noticeable shortage of staff around the pool area. It was challenging to find a member of the staff available to take orders or address any concerns. This lack of attentive service diminished the overall poolside experience. Another major disappointment was the absence of any cooling systems in both the main pool and the relaxing pool. The water temperature was uncomfortably hot, which detracted from the enjoyment of swimming and relaxing in the pools. It would have been much more pleasant to have a cooling system in place to regulate the water temperature. Additionally, the most disheartening aspect was the a la carte restaurant. When attempting to make a reservation for dinner, I was informed of a minimum charge per person, which is against Tunisian law. It was disappointing to discover that the only beachfront dining option at the hotel had such an illegal requirement, which left a negative impression. Lastly, during my stay, I did not encounter any managers reaching out to guests to inquire about their satisfaction. When voicing concerns or complaints, the response from staff was limited to acknowledging the issues without providing adequate solutions or alternatives. This lack of customer-oriented service and absent management presence was disheartening.
The management and staff at the SPA were truly exceptional. They were extremely helpful, professional, and ensured a delightful experience. The front desk team also deserves recognition for their outstanding service and efforts to make guests feel welcome and supported. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable, providing a pleasant retreat after a long day.

FranceI used to come in the hotel these last 5 years but this time it was really not like a 5 star hotel. Poor staff consideration and very low quality of the room. We did have a door on our shower. I took a room with a sea view but they gave me in the beginning no sea view I had to ask for it . And then one of the room was not ready , bed not done and no amenities at all. We had to ask for it. This is not what we expect from these kind of hotel .
