Drinks are awful. Beer wine and non branded spirits. I paid for branded beer bottles. Piano bar needs doing up it’s to dark and stinks of smoke.

Staff are Amazing, location to the beach is perfect with a beach bar, more sun beds than guests.

It's really nice hotel with good worthy value specially with two meals offer. The breakfast and dinner are really good and so many varieties of food sweets and ice cream. But unfortunately they don't serve drinks in dinner to force you to buy them but you can be smart and just bring in your water bottle 🍼. Another problem I faced as a Muslim that they don't have water spray (shattaf) next to toilet which is a very critical point for a Muslim because we use water spray to clean ourselves after using toilet 🚽 so I hope admin will take care of it. The location is ok if you have your car otherwise it's a bit far from market and restaurants. Thanks very much for the hotel admin

The indoor pool was amazing! Half inside half outside and heated (visited in March) so could swim outside. It was too cold to use the main pool but I was more than happy to use the relax pool. The hotel is right on the beach so the location is perfect. Plenty of sun loungers and chairs. The food was standard buffet fare for this kind of place - nothing to complain about. The first room they gave us had a lovely view over the cark park....but the reception staff were very accommodating when we asked if they had a room overlooking the pool instead. From this room you could just about see the sea behind the trees, it was lovely. All staff we interacted with were friendly and I'm sure would do what they can to ensure you had an enjoyable stay. The room was not bad, the bed was comfy and bathroom was fine. My partner was disappointed there were not bidet hoses in the rooms (they did have them in the public bathrooms however). Overall we had a lovely and relaxing couple of nights in Phenicia. I would recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again in the near future.

We would prefer a double bed rather than 2 beds with a big gap between. The animation team were a little too persistent. We went to relax but were asked over and over about taking part in activities and trips. It would be nice to have activities and trips written down so you can plan accordingly instead of having to interact with many different people telling you about different things. Food was ok but a bit oily.

Friendly staff. It was our wedding anniversary and they decorated the bed. Nice and relaxing. Good views of the sea. Great value for money. Heated indoor pool that goes outside was very welcome as it isn't hot enough in March for an unheated pool. The food had allergy symbols on it, which is great for those with gluten and other intolerances. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Due to the blue lighting in the hallways, one could see all the old stains on the carpet.

The staff was excellent; attentive, polite, communicative, and helpful. The food was decent, the rooms and facilities clean. And the shower had good pressure and consistent heat.

Most of the housekeeping staff dont speak English. I got food poisoning near the end of the trip, I think it was the fish in the main restourant.

The beach, staff/animation team, activites, food (in general), events etc... Hotel is nice. You can do both, you can partake in activites or chill out on the beach and pool, which can be nosiy or calm. Its a good mixture of both. The beach is pretty neat. Very good value for money. If you thinking about going, go!

Rude Woman in recepcion who doesnt accept reservation of our Tunisian friends. She discriminated them because they are from Tunisia . She say that reason is they buy it on travel agency. It was Saturday so it wasnt possible talk with travel agency. On Monday another recepcion accomodate them on hotel. But where we are? How its possible that one rude and unpolite woman only recepcion can destroy our together holidays? Really dont recommend this hotel. Rude and discriminacion!! There was lot od single people , lot of friends, but she has some personally problem. We are very sad that it wasnt talk with some manager. Because this behaviour needs apologize. We lose time and energy too.

We have found worms in our food at the restaurant on our last day of stay ( not the canteen) and still have stomach issues ( it's been 5 days). Aircon in the room worked from time to time. We were a female couple made of one English speaking and one Italian (English and Italian speaking). Lots of attention and flirting towards Italian female, with mentioning of the nationality and particularly speaking in Italian only instead of English ( language spoken by both), rather unpleasant.

Hotel was beautiful, beach and pool also wonderful, great breakfast and food option. Staff was always smiley and keen on ensuring you knew they were there for you

At checkin, nobody explained the hotel to us. We didn’t know what activities are available, where to get towels and when and where meals were offered. She just handed us the keys and we had to ask around to find out. Also every day the food selection was pretty much the same. By the third day it got boring to see the same food over and over again. A lot of things are broken and not well maintained. They had to fix our AC. On the first day we had no blankets for the bed. Then we were missing towels and soap. It just lacks attention to detail. Food was pretty bland. The hotel gives you the option of eating at their restaurant with a fixed menu once during the stay. At another all inclusive resort, the menu was special but at this place, the food they served was pretty much what we could have gotten from the buffet. It seems they just took the food from the buffet and plated it nicer for their restaurant. Entertainment was just ok. Lots of oldies and 80s music. Not sure if they were trying to cater to the older crowd. The spa experience was not relaxing. Hamman was painful and it just felt filthy the entire time The guy in the gift shop was quite rude. We got pool towels from there the day we arrived. 2 days later we went to exchange it and we’re told, we cannot get fresh towels as they only give it out Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. So we came back the folllowing day (Tuesday). They said sorry they can’t give out new towels because they ran out and we were told to try again the next day. So we got stuck with dirty pool/beach towels for 4 days

The hotel gardens are beautiful. Restaurant Staff and entertainment was hard working.

the room supposed to be garden view it was view of the AC rooms, the mattress are a disgrace the worst I’ve ever slept on I had back pain the whole stay. even after putting 3 duvet to support it was hard and bumpy.

the pools are very nice and the staff very friendly and polite. But they do their own and don’t stretch to help if is not their department they just say is not me.

Staff needs to be trained better as receptionist gave me and my wife twin beds where he can see that we are a couple plus it does munchin on the booking,in the other the reception porter made unacceptable comment towards my wife which ruined my stay while departing from the hotel he has no right to do so,I have spoken to the reception manger and said that he will sort it out with him.
