How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The rooms are not soundproof at all. I could hear every word my neighbors on both sides said, which made it impossible to have a good sleep. Don’t expect to have a real 5 star experience, cause it’s not there. Good value for Tunisian standard though.
Nice lobby And garden. Two big Pools. Good Spa.

It has two Great pools and a lovely hammam . The bar serves lovely cold beers .. the reception area is great with water falls and lots trees and seats .. the bedroom and bed were comfortable and large ..

Only that rooms has no WIFI.
I like the Dinner and Breakfast (especially the Ojja) that was included in our booking, which we weren’t even aware of. The first night, our room was on top with so many stairs up and down just to reach our room. Second day the reception gave us a change room for free with a queen size comfy bed without us requesting!

It wasn't that cheap but decent value compared to neighboring properties.
Nice property, decently maintained, not very busy. Breakfast was perfectly adequate with good crepes.

Put Wifi in the bedrooms.
The food buffets are excellent. The whole hotel is excellent except there is no Wifi in the bedrooms.

No coffee maker or tea kettle in the room.
Great staff, pretty hotel, comfy rooms, and a lovely pool. Dinner was a buffet or al a cart. Breakfast was a buffet with an omelet station

No wifi in the rooms
The staff was very friendly. A bar with a large selection of alcoholic drinks, what is special in Tunesia. A nice Hammam. Great swimmingpool. Very good internet in de lobby and in the bar. The breakfast was very extensive.

The room was noisy. I contacted staff to say that we could hear the noise from the tv in the next doors room. It was so loud I could actually fully understand the TV program. There was also a lot of thumping from a child running and screaming in the room above us. This went on until early hours of the morning. Ultimately I felt nothing was done by the hotel to sort this out.
It all looked quite nice, staff were friendly and check in was fast. Dinner and breakfast was nice.

Lovely hotel about 2 kms from the centre of Tozeur. Distance ideal for taking a horse drawn carriage which wait at the entrance. The rooms , food, staff were all the you would expect for a four star hotel and the all inclusive rate was excellent value in early November 2022. Heated indoor pool which was nice in November. Plenty of secure parking if you are driving. Tours can be organised at reception to surrounding sites but very expensive and much better and cheaper to hire a car.

the bed was uncomfortable, they said it’s king size bed but we founded two small beds aligned together On each bed there was it’s own blanket and there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms it was only in the bar

The indoor pool was way overheated and had a lot of chlorine. The walls and windows for the indoor pool were dusty along with some mould. The outdoor pool was totally unheated and super cold, so that was a disappointment.
Service, cleanliness, architecture, rooms, mattresses and breakfast all hit the right spot. We enjoyed the hotel and also liked getting out to the medina and to the desert for adventures.

no Wifi in the rooms, also wifi coverage outside is not sufficient. Rooms are badly sound proofed.
personnel was friendly and very helpful . Reception lady was very helpful , she arranged for us a baby sitting so we could go for a desert Trip. Excellent food and very clean rooms.
