The reception staff was very rude and not helpful.

Almost everything was perfect. Food is very good, the animation team is amazing, and the location is perfect, just a short journey (about 30 min) from Enfieda airport. Bar staff, waitres, restaurant management, and cleaners were amazing. One negative thing about the hotel is the reception staff. They were very rude, not helpful.

Shopping is cheap but you have to bargain at market place but good learning experience. You can't use their local money at their airport which is shame as you cannot exchange at the airport unless you have a receipt of withdrawal initially.

It was a good experience with friendly staff and cleanliness. Heated pool was bonus at this time of the year. Beach is clean and very fine golden/white sand. Good breakfast with tasty BBQ food every night.

Not a lot of facilities included in the stay, breakfast options were very repetitive and cold.

The hotel looks a bit dated but it has every you need and all in working condition. No Tonic water for those who like a G&T and no spiced Rum,only White, Those were only downfalls,

The value for money for the hotel,food & drinks you can’t go wrong.The floor staff were great especially the Animation Team.Food was good and plenty to chose from, Drinks were good.

Restuarant super overcrowded! seating arrangement not great, we pretty much had a table for father and son set up in the corner of the hotel. Airconditioning switched off this time of the year, we had to request and moved to a room with a sea breeze, restaurant was very hot inside!

Great Hotel location, air-conditioning for this time of the year is switched off! Was a bit crowded but overall great vibe! The front desk staff busy but super able to assist, Restuarant staff was truly amazing, very friendly and helpfull!

Lots of choice with food, but tended to be repetitive lunch and dinner very similar. Breakfast lots of choice but the same choice daily.

Staff were helpful and friendly, particularly house keeping and the animation team who worked hard. Restaurant staff attentive and bar staff worked lots of hours. Opportunity to have crepes at the beachbar was welcomed.

no drinking water available on the room- it was a hassle to ask for it daily at the bar. fridge should be stocked with a selection of drinks especially for an all inclusive resort

Beautiful hotel, spacious clean room! Nice view from balcony of swimming pool and sea! Very friendly staff, cleaning ladies are doing there job very well! Staff in restaurant are very friendly, they do everything to please you! Breakfast, lunch and dinner is in buffet, very large and variety of meals, a lot of choice! Large swimming pool. Private parking in front ot hotel. Private beach is clean and a quit area! Every night, animation in the bar! We had a great stay!

Rooms were neat but require upgrading and revamp. Entrance hall needs more colour seems hollow . More umbrellas at the pool side and beach will be good , some guest reserve spaces for the day but use only for a few hours . I don't drink alcohol and the 2 moctails I had were basic , maybe invest in a crush ice machine would be good .

Front desk staff where great , forget the ladies name but she was very friendly and accommodating. What ever you asked they would do their best to accommodate you . All food is halal, great entertainment, staff are very helpful , beach lunch area is very convenient. Great food and good variety.

Guys selling trips-if u decline they become really rude.Loads of drunk and loud customers (but thats idea of all inclusive),bit outdated bathrooms.Some Employes expecting tips for everything.

Two beatifull pools and gardens,private beach with plenty of sunbeds,great food-loads to choose from,daily activity with animation team (sometimes bit too push-y if u decline but overall ok).Super compfy beds and sun loungers!Best server/waiter Hoisin.

The animation could be better as it was inexistent when we there, so our kids got bored luckily there was the heated swimming pool which as good for the kids , but rest of kids distraction was absent The cocktails in all inclusive package are all the same taste from pinacola to caipirinha and for kids only lemon juice with red syrup...too sweet one will cover your sugar intake for days ... This is a must to improve , but you have good beers and vodka tonic....

The room was great, the hotel was kind enough to give a choice and we pick a studio suite , with a main room and sitting room with single beds with it own terrace with sea views. Room service is on and off someday they will deliver a bottle of water and someday you request a coffee and they will gently decline it. But overall it was great... great food, the staffs were fantastic...Big thank you to them
