We needed to pay for vine, we thought it was a compliment since it stayed on the table in room. From the very beginning there were 2 bathrobes in our room, but after every cleaning they have taken old bathrobes away and have not put new ones. So we needed to call a registration desk every day and to ask to bring us new bathrobes

The maintenance isn’t up to standards. Mold in the bathroom walls/sealing. Shower was flooding. Overall the place would’ve been beautiful if it was taken care of. Curtains were stained, windows were dirty. The blanket did not have a bedsheet on - it was a sheet under and over it but once removed the blanket was without any covers. Towels weren’t provided the first night, even though we asked for it, did not receive them until asking again the next day. Wifi was not possible to access - router must have been too far.

We took the suite "signature superieure" Be carful to the photos! It's misleading. -The sheets are old and has stains (they look clean but severely worn) -The shower is not well maintained, same for the floor. -The windows are dirty and ruin the nice view. -Sofa not cleaned and has stains too. -Extremly bad breakfast, everything (better to remove it) -The chairs in the terrace have an extermly bad quality (too much low cost) -We paid more than expected because of a weird exchange rate (the hotel claims 3.4TND=1EUR, while the real exchange rate was 3.2)

Great location! splendid view and that's it. The rest is poor and has a poor value for money.

parking during the weekend is horrible. lots of noise too during the weekend since clubs and bars are underneath. we stayed 2nd week of May and it was hot but they didn’t turn the A/C on in the rooms… spoke to the night receptionist and he said: I’m every hotel, they don’t turn the A/C on now! he lied to me because we stayed at Golden tulip hotel the night before and we had A/C. breakfast is super horrible… I don’t even know what I can say about the breakfast: no utensils, no fresh bread, pastries are from the day or 2 days ago and heated, juice is not fresh (mango from the box)… anyways, HORRIBLE breakfast.

the suite was beautiful, spacious and comfortable the receptionist was soooooo kind and super cool! I’ve never seen a receptionist such as her: knowledgeable, helpful, joyful, kind… THE BEST

They gave us the last room, which was near to a nightclub… the music was really loud in the room. We complained next day and they changed was. First morning its was no breakfast… they send a tray to our room, but very poor, no bread, no cheese… Next morning they did the breakfast in on of their suites room… but was the same thing as the tray in the day before, but with cheese this time, but no bread ( just ready biscuit) We didn’t have towels in the first room. I complained and in the second room we had 1 towel for both of us…

The location is good. Few restaurants around with good food and drinks. Not far from Sidi Bou Said ( 10 min by taxi / easy to find a taxi there )

The staff either didn’t or wouldn’t speak English with me, but only Arabic to my husband! they didn’t give any information about where breakfast was served or about any of the restaurants on site. there was no price list for the minibar, the towels or not real towels, and if you stay for more then one night you can only have a bottle of water for free when you check in even though you can’t drink water from the tab in Tunisia, and this is the first hotel I ever tried this at and I have been to over 40 hotels in Tunisia and never tried that before. the breakfast was a whole story in itself - they didn’t serve any bread but served butter? the coffee came after we ate, nobody offered water or juice unless you asked for it and all in all the staff was not very friendly at all in this restaurant/club, usually the breakfast at Tunisian hotels are much better and at least they ask what you want to drink.

some of the staff were not very happy to help, there was a lovely lady on reception that was helpful. the price of the room said it was breakfast included however I was charged for breakfast. the room didn’t smell very fresh even though it was cleaned and when I asked for information about the spa, at first he said they didn’t have one then when I said I saw pictures online he said it was closed due to Covid however other hotels have there spa area open. doesn’t permit you to bring in items from the shop ie drinks or crisps and check ur suitcases at security. when I ordered food from the restaurant to bring to the room, it was small portion sizes and cold and 40 dinars a plate.

- The room design (the bathroom has no door, which for privacy purposes makes it awkward when you travel with someone and unhygienic. - The shower head was weak (poor pressure) and the tiles not comfortable to stand on. - The cleaning staff do not respect the do not disturb sign. I travelled to have a relaxing weekend (sleep in) they kept waking us up twice per morning even with the sign on. Also for privacy purposes I sometimes like my room to not be entered when I’m gone, they went in anyways with the DND sign on. - We we’re not informed (no info provided) that the indoor pool was closed due to covid (although we stayed at other hotels in the same trip and they were open. - We we’re not informed they were doing maintenance (no info prior to booking) and the beach area was not ready at all (including cleanliness and access from the hotel). So we could not swim in the pool or beach - The evening/night staff at the door (bouncers wearing black treat you like you are entering a disco not a hotel as a resident. They mean mug you and barely greet you or speak back). One of them also gave us wrong directions to the beach (noting that the front desk staff told us to speak to him for directions) and once we asked for the parking he basically just pointed in another direction and let us figure out on our own). It’s safe to safe, I do not recommend this place and I will not be visiting again.

- I paid more than what I had in my booking -Room literally dirty, horrible smell, no trush, no water ( Room 310) -The breakfast is just discussing. Coffee is horrible (not real coffee rather pouder in hot water), place not clean , for 100 euro the night we got this hotel which is rather a 1 star or less , a hostel would be even clearer and better. I strongly don't recommend
