Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Charming 5 star service throughout. The hotel chauffeur was absolutely amazing driving us to all our destinations courteously. Lovely facility.

AustraliaThe shower wasn’t in its own room or had a door to close, so anyone in the room can walk past to see you showering. Is awkward when you’re on holiday with a friend or parents instead of a partner.
The staff were a highlight to this hotel. They were incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful. The walkway entrance was breathtaking. The room was a decent size, had the necessary utilities. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good. There wasn’t a lot of meal varieties, but heaps of pastry, cakes, sweets to choose from.

FinlandOnly con is that, room services brought us cold burger after waiting 40mins.
We loved everything. The staff are amazing, especially the lady at the front desk. She changed our room and gave us an amazing one with pool and beach view. Five star breakfast with very welcoming and polite staff. Housekeeping girls did a fantastic job. Hotel itself is beautiful and spotless. We'll be back. Spa and gym are clean and not that busy so you can enjoy a good workout or relaxation time.

GermanyRestaurant has a low quality/price ratio. There are alternatives around the city though. Besides the room and the pool, there is nothing much to do. Except maybe if you visited for the Spa experience which we have not tried ourselves. Maybe it's time to paint/remodel the outside? it does not really match the somewhat luxurious inside.
