I did not like the drink selection of the all inclusive package. As it seemed, the quality of the alcoholic beverage was low. If I wanted better drinks, I needed to pay. Every coffee machine is automatic, therefore its quality is not so good as well.

Hotel is beautiful, with a good atmosphere and clean environment. The room was perfect, with a big balcony and a breathtaking landscape. Buffet was very good, with so much food diversity. It is a good destiny to relax and have a good time.

Beautiful hotel in a good location. The staff went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The environment was clean at all times, the food was nice. Each evening some entertainment was planned.

Overall stay was great but resturant manager needs a refresher training how to behave with the customers, his name was Abid. Could have a better approach.

The accommodation was excellent, our room had a sea view with a fantastic Sunrise and Sunset. The staff were very hospitable.

Although the buffet had a wide range of options the food was often slightly overcooked and most dishes were bland. However, since the selection was so big, we always found something we liked :) Book your spa treatment in advance, we unfortunately didn’t get a time slot as they were fully booked. Otherwise we loved it here!!

The staff is really friendly, everyone is helpful and welcoming and always chatted with us at every opportunity. You’ll find a small shop, a hair salon, outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, a very nice, big and modern gym, a separate spa right next to the hotel and the beach right in front of the hotel. They have different restaurants and a show every night. We chose to pay for half board at the buffet, it was very inexpensive. The room was big, 2 bathrooms (1 toilet and shower room), very large bed and a nice big balcony!

We liked the food and drink. The night intertainment was good. The beach ⛱️ was clean. All what I can say is the service was excellent 👌🏿. The people were nice and polite 👍🏿. We did enjoy our 7 nights.

Some areas of the hotel are a little shabby and dated, although during my stay they were currently working on updating rooms etc

It’s a nice big property, lots of pools although the outside ones are not heated in winter so unfortunately didn’t get chance to use them, there is an indoor pool however which is heated and was a very good size. There is also a saltwater heated pool within the thalasso spa, which you have to pay extra for or is included if you have a treatment - I highly recommend going for a relaxing treatment. The hotel has a newly opened gym which is free to use although I didn’t. Hotel is on a beach front location with its own stretch of sand.

Occasionally it is encouraging to find a Hotel that not only maintains a certain splendour , coupled with with exemplary service , cleanliness and an excellent cuisine. The Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay is such an Hotel and is most highly recommended.

Great breakfast! The staff members were very kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. The reception manager offered us an upgrade of the room at no extra charges. It was a very large suite with formidable facilities.

Entertainment was not funny, all danced sequences out of time. Show took ages to start, big gaps between scrips, guess it was costume changes.

The pool was very outdated and definitly not in the same level of the rest of the hotel. The changing room was horrible. It was smelly and not very higene. No surprise that no guess liked to use it. It was so bad that I decided to go to room to take a shaower and change my cloths. I should be fair that the temperature of pool was fantastic. It was lik you are in jacuzzi. However If you do not have proper facility by the pool (changing room and shower) and enough personnel in that section that enforce every guest to take a bath before going in the pool, the result is not going to be good. Plus, I really do not get the logic behid of asking deposit for giving some torn apart towels. 5 star hotels normally don't go that cheap and low key. At the end I should say, they need to reinvest in renovation of this hotel if they want to keep up of being five star hotel.

Food selection in breakfast and dinner was good. There was someting for every diet. Although I should mention the coffee quality was low and the tea selcetion was very poor. The overal layout of hotel next to the beach was great. You could enjoy sunrise in the morning at the beach and then back to have your breakfast. The staff were really kind and they upgraded our room to suite to make our stay more comfortable. So I apprciate them.

One of the best hotels in Tunisia ! We were very impressed by the quality of the provided services and the very welcoming and always smiling staff. A special thanks to Ms Hiba and Ms Imen at the reception 👏 keep it up ❤️ Very delicious food with a variety of all preferences and choices 🍱 🥘 🍲 They really exceeded our expectations ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
