Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe area doesn't offer a lot in terms of activities. Primarily, it's perfect for a relaxed hotel stay and a beach vacation. You can explore nearby restaurants, visit the amusement park called Caratage Land, and check out the Medina Bazaar. Apart from these options, there isn't much else to do or see. One aspect to enhance is the TV channel selection and streaming quality. Also, while the dinner food at the restaurants was quite good and there weren't any complaints, considering the price and the luxury level of the hotel, one might expect a more outstanding taste. However, to be fair, these are areas for improvement, not necessarily negative aspects that would deter one from staying there again.
The hotel is incredibly clean and spacious, offering genuine 5-star service at an excellent price, providing fantastic value for money. The staff are extremely friendly and professional, going above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The beach was pristine and wonderful, complete with complimentary sunbeds and patios. Our suite was expansive, extremely comfortable, and impeccably clean. Without a doubt, I'll be returning there in the future.
