We didn’t like the food, very poor choices, and not 5 star hotel staff (poor service for a 5 star hotel)

There is room for improvement in the service staff at their restaurant and their beach otherwise my stay was very comfortable and enjoyable

some maintenance might be needed in some stuff like we could notice that the towels are a bit old and maintenance in the balcony is needed but I think it is normal after 2 years covid the guy responsible for the beach bar needs at least one more person with him, he is alone serving around 60 tables and he is still managing to deliver in an acceptable time

Breakfast not that good. Before was better. Not enough chocolate in the crepe. Omlette was not a good quality..'. Before there was a fruits in the room.

My room's wi-fi didn't work, even after checking with the front desk twice. Secondly, the breakfast buffet needs more vegan options, such as hot oatmeal or creme of wheat.

No major issues, but some local foods (e.g. couscous etc.) are only available on the dinner menu.

Breakfast was very rich comprising many local (Bsissa, Droo, Ftayer etc.) and international choices. Staff were very friendly in administration, reception, information, restaurants and beach. All COVID-19 requirements were followed as per our observations.

Short staff due to the actual pandemic ,I guess !!! Clean / staff very welcoming Bar at the beach must offer food as very well located . Dining always Devine . Thank you for maintaining the service within the pandemic.

Most things were unsatisfactory even to the degree that the tiles in the pools are peeling away from the walls The internet is weak in most areas Service isn’t at all acceptable - for such an expensive hotel you’d expect much better The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired - certainly not cleaned properly If I hadn’t booked and paid (which was non refundable) I would have moved after the first night - sadly it was very disappointing

The property is quite dull, not much atmosphere, no shops, staff response was terrible, waiting hours and having to make several calls repeating the same requests Food is average to say the least , the hot buffet was never hot ! Luke warm at best & no one seems to care much about customer satisfaction , you get the impression you are an inconvenience to the staff, borderline rude ! It can take forever to get their attention / definitely would not stay here again

I don’t recommend at all this hotel and definitely won’t come again ! first of all we waited more than one hour for the check in then we had to pay on top of our booking reservation for our baby (we travelled of and we never paid for the baby) This is a tourist industry hotel too big, you walk a lot to join your bedroom from the facilities The breakfast is very bad the quality of fruits and food are bad It doesn’t deserve the 5 stars hotel Very bad money value too expensive! Worst hotel we’ve been too and we travel a lot believe us and save your money !!!

A haunted hotel, we shortened our stay there because the service was horrible (waited 2 hours for room service the kids fell asleep without eating, Then 4PM at the swimming pool we decided to order snacks the waiter told us “There is nothing to eat” and it was no joke! we were starving the waiter added “there is a supermarket outside of the hotel if you like to buy something to eat”. the hotel is abandoned, fountains are out of service, buttons in the lifts are broken and fixed with tape, we had to call someone to repair the bathtub which was out of service as well, no one at the spa reception (someone showed up at one point and we were feeling that he hasn’t seen a client for years) very few clients in the hotel we felt we were left alone in this big resort abandoned, it was a bit scary to walk through the long corridor without seeing anyone (in the middle of July!!)

Food from restaurant was really bad. Not what you would expect from a 5 stars hotel. I would really advise the administration to do something about the food quality. Also coffee from breakfast is not good.
