We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

HungaryIn the night (Around 10PM) an agent came and opened the door directly, when I asked the reason: He mentioned that he was bringing towels.... At 10PM after we got the room for more than 8 Hours.....he brought towels....It was weird for us. That should be double checked by the managers as the story does not add up.

The hotel is quite far from the city, in a quiet area. It is rather a resort for families. The dinner, for which we've paid extra, was of good quality, unlike the breakfast (included).

SwitzerlandA beautiful hotel hotel that is a perfect stop for a tour around the Tozeur lake. It offers the quality of every El Mourady hotel I've been at in Tunisia. A great meal buffet and good amenities. Perfect for resting a rider between a braap and the other.

GreeceBreakfast was poor. The worst of all was that the A/C was not good and it was very hot, especially during noon and the afternoon. Furthermore, we asked from the receptionists to organize a tour to the Star Wars settings and they booked a half-day tour with a tourist company with which they cooperate. The tour was disappointing, the vehicle was a very old jeep, the driver would not use the A/C and when we asked for it, after a while he said that it went out of order and closed it. So, we had a very bad time, and also, he took us only to half of the agreed sights. We did not insisted on visiting more, because it was unbearable during this hot weather.
The room was spacious and clean, and we had a view to the swimming pool. Dinner was quite good with plenty of choices. Wi-fi was good.

Hong KongThe air conditioner has leakage issue which compelled us to use a bucket to collect the leakage water from the air conditioner. The room arrange to us is a bit far from the main entrance.
The breakfast included in the room rate is ample and huge selection of food provided. There is a balcony in the room which is ideal to hang our clothe and hang out after sunset. The restaurant staff are very helpful and offer professional hospital services, while the security in this hotel is high, you need to gain access or leave with the gate security to help you the main gate.

The hotel was well located close to the Airport. The lady in the Reception ( Besma ) was very professional, nice and best smile ever, good presentation uniform clean and badge visible. She was always helpful and answered all my queries, she is an asset for the chain Mouradi. Bar staff polite and professional ( specially Otman ). I would recommend the hotel, definitely will go back

GermanyBreakfast and dinner buffet had been ok but most dishes had been not really tasty. And the atmosphere of the dining hall was more like a train station hall. But most important, the staff was not really friendly, always busy and especially the reception persons (at least the ones we had been in contact ) almost unfriendly!
