I stayed in 5 hotels in Tunisia during my stay and this one has the best choice of food. The hotel was nice. It was clean. Good location. Great staff.

- while booking í asked for a ground floor room which the hotel booking had confirmed. Unfortunately when I arrived they informed me that the no ground floor room is available as there is a seminar 😕. I was very upset because my mum was sick and couldn't manage long distances. Staff working in the bar are asking everyone about their choice of drinks. My self and my mum both wering Hijab not being approached from the staff about our choice of drinks. The reason could be they are assuming we are not drinking but still we can have non alcoholic drinks. This is very unprofessional. Carpets in the room and in the courtyard need urgently to be changed ( looking very old). Towels in the room very old.

We have been to this hotel and used the Thelaso facilities. We booked to come here again and my wife was looking forward to using the Thelaso facilities again as last time she was very impressed. So we we were not happy to discover when we went to book up the treatments she wanted to be told the staff were all on holiday. Not very impressed

Excellent food and service in the restaurant and bar. Excellent and efficient reception services. Nice clean rooms with modern furniture and large size rooms with great seaviews

Exceptional Hotel, the staff are very friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The food is delicious. Very great value for money. We will definitively come back !

The atmosphere was wonderful,the staff is very gentel, the food is super tasty and a lot of variant...Ask about "Hssan" the waiter if you want a percet serving table.thank you will be back soon.

1- of all the stuff on the reception and on the restaurant are very rude and not helpful at all ,until when you tip them then they can change towards to you by the service . 2- the rooms looking over the street view that I had are catastrophic very old and dirty everywhere ,the floor carpet full of and marks . 3- the beds are work out you would feel even the wood down your back when you sleep because of the mattress are very old and low . 3-wall all dirty 4- they do change towels but always full of marks and steins on them . 5- the wardrobe when you open it very dusty and smell inside . 6- the cleaners they don’t clean well but maybe I can understand as they don’t get paid well or so . 7- the bathroom very old with bath Over all I sam saying that imagine it a 5 stars hotel and have all that negativity it need a big refurbished and work so I won’t go back again for sure .

The buffet of dinner dinner and lunch was so good a lot variety and was all good and delicious,the gym was nice too and handy the pool too and short distance to the beach 🏖️ and every evening they do entertainment like music and shows . And I liked the idea that all the drinks are free .

The support and services were very bad. Air conditioning was not working properly and even though we reported the problem several times but no solution was found. Cleaning the room was very poor and they almost replace towels only. For the amount of money I paid, I expected much better services. This is barely a 3 star hotel and not 5.
