We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SloveniaStaff looks a little bit lost, don't know to support properly. I asked for a taxi at 6:00am a day before, normally they promised that this is not a problem to organise, but next morning they were not able to call a taxi, so I was with security on the gate waiting random taxi that occasionality passed by. They gave me a bungalow instead of room, with no WIFI, not clean, poor TV channels choice, accommodation that should be totally refurbished. This is far away of European of Middle East 4star standards.
Pool and food was the only think that meet my expectations.

LibyaThe facility needs a little development and renewal in general, I had some issues in the room, in the toilet, and in the shower but I contacted the front desk and they send someone to fix it. WiFi is not available in the room. The location is a little far from the central areas, port, and the airport (around 20min) cost is approximately 20 TND
Smooth check-in and check-out, In general staff, are friendly and the vibes are wonderful, as well as transportation by bus is available from the front desk to the central area of the city, also taxis are available 24 hours at the main gate.

GermanyIt is too big, from the entrance to the reception is a long trip that you will need to walk if you are not with a car or a taxi. And from the reception to the room that they offered to me was another round of second trip 😔 My room was with garden view, but in reality it is with two trees. Definitely I do not recommend the main floor. The stuff inside are really quite old and broken. The toilet paper was the cheapest one and already felt in water and kept to dry. For the check out, I was waiting the receptionist to finish her unprofessional histories with another lady, then once another guy came I moved to him. The price compared to quality are far away, even it is summer season right, but it still needed to be realistic. It would be nice that we can get Iphone camera pixel in our eyes and then would be everything as the expectations.
The food was really good, available with full meal options. But this still can be a reason of a lot of food waste. The air-condition was perfect with the Tunisian summer time. Facilities to find a taxi and the reception easily help on that. Familial place where to stay, except few Arabic weird peoples you can see around.
