United KingdomUnfortunately bathroom looked very dated and was not properly cleaned. Some of the facilities weren’t open at the time we came such as children’s pool with slides which was disappointing. Poor variety of drinks.
Great selection of food. Some of the meals prepared freshly in front of the guests. Lovely staff from housekeeping, waiting to animation.

United KingdomThe hotel could do with some new up to date renovation. I also did not like the fact that you was not allowed to bring any kinds of drinks ( water too ) into the hotel and they had to be purchased even when dining.
The staff who where at the reception were very kind and friendly. The staff who do the children's activities where amazing. Very understanding and help full. The cleaning ladies did an amazing Job and where always smiling. The place was very safe and secure for children and adults. It includes a free private beach and spa too which was amazing. You can find a lot of staff everywhere which made the hotel and beach very safe and secure.

United KingdomThe rooms are not sound proof at all, the food was absolutely disgusting we paid half board and ate nothing at all. Really bad basic self food not 4 star at all. No drinks available either. They charge you 20 dinars for a remote control.
The rooms were very very basic but the bed was sooo comfortable. The swimming pool indoor is ok again basic, the hammam was really really nice

CroatiaHotel is very dated, some room are being renewed but it still needs a lot of work. Phone in the room was not even connected, trouble with ac. Restaurant needs serious change, very poor and basic and tasteless, the wait staff was again making it all better experience with their positivity and dedication. Even tho we loved the animation team their Chief Sam was extremely unprofessional every night, every show he did. He ruined our last night with being waaay to pushy, using vulgar language and making us very uncomfortable with his comments and no sence of personal space and too much touching. I am personally from Europe but evenI was bothered by the way he was acting specially in front of kids and family and married couples with constant sexist comments. It was not funny nor entertaining,it was very embarrassing for everyone. Ive seen a lot of animation shows lead by a chief or a Dj but he really crossed all the lines to what is professional and tasteful, last night of our stay he made us so uncomfortable we left the show and since today we still didnt get any apologies from him. Again, rest of the team is absolutely amazing,they just really need a need better leader.
Best part of the hotel is its staff and the beach. Location is good. Specially thats to Saif from the Cafe Mar in the hotel for making the best coffee and shisha, Said nightshit in the restaurant for taking care of us all the time, animation team members Ahmed Madi, Marou and Nani for keeping us entertained. Yacine for exceptional service in the beach bar together with Ameur best lifeguard that we actually saw save a life.

JordanThe service was less than idea and not cominsurate with the price. The quality of food was poor, and the facilities clearly run down in places - a sure sign that the entire hôtel was not interested in customer-service.
The décor created an Eastern ambiance and gave the hôtel a unique charm that far exceeded its capacity to serve its guestd.

United KingdomThe furniture was too old, the hair dryer didn’t work, the sink in bathroom was blocked, there is no pluggers apart from the TV and the light ones. Wifi not available at all. The staff would treat you differently if they know you come from an Arab country example I am Algerian. They would treat foreigners better (for tips) no variety of animations one programme was being played on repeat for the whole week that I have been there. The AC in restaurant doesn’t work, the food wasn’t great . I booked a taxi with the receptionist to take us to the airport and not only he came late and we nearly missed the flight but also wasn’t a taxi driver it was some random guy that could be a relative to the receptionist so he came make some money, the guy looked dodgy and wanted me to sign a paper of rental car in case we get checked by the police. I would not recommend the hotel

United KingdomArrived at the hotel from the airport at 3am. From the minute we walked in, immediately we disliked it. The smell that came from the hotel, the dullness there was around. It wasn’t clean, & the smell was something which isn’t acceptable. We got to our room, and couldn’t sleep. The bedsheets were dirty, had a stain which seemed like a dried up wet mark, there was a blood mark and some food marks. We told the staff, they said advise in the morning and there was nothing they could do. We couldn’t sleep in this condition so we waited up till 6:00am very upset and then went to reception when the morning staff came and asked for a refund. It ruined our whole holiday within our first 3 hours of arriving in Tunisia. After a 1 hour 30 minutes drive from the Airport after a long flight, it’s not acceptable at all. The staff in the morning took HALF of our whole booking. We booked the hotel for 4 days, and they charged us half and gave us half a refund. When we was only at the hotel for 3 HOURS in unacceptable conditions. I wouldn’t advise this hotel what so ever.

BelgiumNo possibility to eat outside the restaurant No snacks or desserts available outside the lunch and diner time. All access to the pool or beach where closed. Only the acces trough wards the stairs was available, we had to make a big turn every time we want to go to the pool or go back inside. We booked all-in but non alcoholic drinks as o fruit cocktail or virgin mojito where additional. The all in soft drinks where served in plastic and carton mugs. Even the coffee is served in carton mugs. Very low quality and very harmful for the environment. Every coffee served was served in 2 muggs!! the 2 available juices orange or citron where artificial and disgusting.
