I lost my room key and was charged 10 TND (roughly 3€) for a second key. The wine selection was very limited.

The place is right on top of the beach. The facilities are very nice, staff was always very friendly and available. The food was absolutely magnificent if you like to try out different things, but there are also "standard" foods every day (pizza, pasta, and things of the sort). Entertainement staff was vey nice and not intrusive. You can book tours at the hotel. WiFi was much better than expected, and your connection extends to some parts of the beach where there are their complementary chairs.

You have to rent towels before 4 p.m., if you don't do that you don't have any solution

We had a nice and relax stay. the layout of the rooms overlooking the swimming pool and beach and the facilities was great. service in the dinning was very attentive.Food selection was amazing for breakfast and for dinner. a very enjoyable stay.

1- It's a bit expensive compared to the facilities that it provided. 2- there was no toilet bidet in the rooms

The hotel atmosphere is so cosy and comfortable and its clean and the food was delicious.

Could use a slight renovation update in the rooms but was fine. Careful on purchasing excursions with providers - disappointed with the hotel partnered excursion activity firm that proposed a dune buggy excursion of much less time than promised and rhe buggies were in poor shape. One of them broke down and the owner did not really seem concerned. Not the hotel's fault though. Eating times and dining offering / facilities excellent- large selection of fresh grilled fish.

Food was above expectations and excellent mix of local and European food. All inclusive included local wines whi h were OK just... and si Basic cocktails. Swimming pool and areas were gorgeous. Fitness center well equipped with machines, weights and cardio machines. Staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. Took care of maintenance issues better than even the best hotels.. The poolside room is worth the upgrade vs the garden. Excellent and practical.

I didn’t like that guests would reserve the beds around the pool and in many cases didn’t always use them. found that frustrating.

A wonderful stay at Sentindo. the bedrooms are comfortable and balconies and views are lovely. bedrooms are cleaned daily. they are very clean. food was amazing, freshly prepared, wide variety with plenty of choice for every nationality. the food is good quality and of a good standard. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, very friendly and helpful. there is plenty of entertainment, music and the all inclusive drinks are plentiful and decent quality. The facilities are really good. They had plenty of sun beds on the beach.

Broken toilet in the room, broken lamp, other lamp made such a noice that you could not let it on. Dirty towels, key cards never worked, empty plates were left in room for one week, food-salad weren’t fresh, they lied about dinner time which they say it’s until 21:30 but they close at 21:00. If you aren’t coming on time in the restaurant you don’t have food, they don’t replace the empty bowls. Super greedy with food. Receptionists doesn’t speak English. No shampoo given only one push soup which was also half broken.

Terrible customer service from all staff members we spoke to, especially the manager who couldn’t have cared less and couldn’t apologize for the gross mismanagement of the hotel and out stay. For example, something that should have been sorted easily took hours to sort out and in the end we had to give up on the idea of using the swimming pool because after having gone through the painful and lengthy process of sorting out “the card” needed for the towels (no explanations whatsoever from the staff upon checking in), the “towel man” wasn’t anywhere to be seen upon our check-in at 16h and the manager wasn’t around until the day after. the desk staff told us to wait around and just showed no care whatsoever to sort out the issue; we were disallowed from using white bath towels(!). Frankly, even a child would have been able to sort out the issue, but unfortunately no one working at this hotel seem to have an ounce of common sense.

For the price this is not bad value for money, if it wasn’t that the hotel is run by incompetent, arrogant staff who do not possess an ounce of common sense. The hotel is really basic and so are the facilities but the buffet is not bad for the price and you’re right on the beach.

Falsely advertised room. Bought one double bed room for myself, so did 3 of my mates, it was 2 single beds instead. Terrible reception staff and manager could not do anything to assist and were very rude. We also had to pay extra to use a separate beach towel and pay extra to use the safe in our room. I emailed to raise the issue and nobody replied back.
