The hotel needs a renovation. The room furniture was broken, the fridge was very dirty. The kitchen in the room was had broken furniture. The balcony was dirty, but when I asked them to clean the sand and the furniture in the balcony, they did only the next day. The breakfast was very poor with just a few croissants and a few eggs. The coffee machine was not working properly.

It was weird to stay alone in such a big hotel. The room was very spacious and huge with a huge balcony. The staff was super friendly and tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room was cleaned every day.

People working in reception: They just gave us the keys and barely made any effort to tell us stuff about the hotel. Food: 5.5/10 good for the price. But not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel Rooms: 3/10 we had three rooms. They all felt a little bit outdated. AC didnt work in all rooms. And one of the rooms had a horrible smell.

We had a large room overlooking the pool. It was a little passed it’s prime but was what we expected based on the price and reviews. What we did not expect was the volume of the music from the bar by poolside. It was ridiculous and went on until 3:25AM. We moved to a room as far from the pool as possible the next morning. We are not averse to music but that night we had turned in after 10:30PM (after drinking at the pool bar). The bar is open to the pool area and the speakers were incredibly loud. If you were in any of the 30 or so rooms that looked onto poolside it would have been impossible to sleep. Not all hotel goers would have been interested in the music but they were not given any choice. We turned up at breakfast at 9:30AM the next morning, after little sleep, and were welcomed by empty trays where food had been. After asking to have the missing food trays topped up we were told it was finished. Breakfast runs from 7AM till 10AM. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to turn up half and hour before breakfast ends and have all options available. We had to complain before the items appeared showing that they were not finished. We also went to the hotels section of the beach in the morning and there were no sun loungers left. Again we had to complain at which point 2 loungers were found. Why should it take complaints. This is not who we are, as you can see from any other reviews we gave posted. Poor service overall. I realise that the price was cheap which is what we were looking for but that does not excuse the issues we had. That was just down to poor management.

It was Ramadan so this might affect quality of services. Food was average low. I had full board but ended up only taking breakfast at the hotel. Besides swimming pool there is no other facility inside the hotel.

Great price. You get what you pay for. I paide 19euros for full board. The swimming pool is clean. Access to beach and all facilities of Dar Jerba complex.

Just one thing which made me little bit sad was at restaurant. Tablecloths on the table was really really dirty. I understand it was before high season so there wasn’t a lot of staff but… We found our table first day - everything was okay. But then was there someone after us and they make the tablecloth really dirty. I said myself okay they will clean it, but no. The messy table was there all week without any change.. Also if you want take water, you can use just plastic cup, it’s not very eco-friendly and also, if I pay for all inclusive I want feel “I paid for something special” not just piece of plastic. But other than that everything was ok.

Staff in this hotel was perfect, all of them was great and they did their best. Rooms was cleaned every day. Food was great too.

It was like being in a horror movie based in an apocalypse. It is Ramadan however, so I’m guessing that’s why it was completely empty. But the pool looks like it hasn’t been used in years, green slime… The slide is rusted, and sign Boards are broken. The club everyone talks about - boarded up and non existent.

What is there to like ? I’m not too sure about this question. I suppose if I had to pick something to like it would be that parking was easy as we were the only ones staying in the whole hotel. The room was big, even had a lounge and balcony that over looked the green pool. The staff were friendly.
