I didn’t find my room to be that clean. When entering our room for the first time, we had a cockroach in the bathroom and the same the next day.

The service staff in reception is not qualified, not fast and not friendly. The local strong alkohol is not good quality and it is looked like bottled from the same barrel, but with different tastes, excluding liquor and vermut. However, this is not a problem of the hotel, but the problem of local strong alkohol. The beach area could also be a little bit cleaner.

The hotel is located within walking distance from Port El Kantaoui on the first line from the sea. The area is quite large and moderately green. The pool is large, pleasant and clean. The rooms are large and comfortable. The food is very good, sometimes excellent and varied. The beer is good as well as the wine (red and white) is also not bad, especially when compared with other wines from local shops. The service staff is very friendly and qualified, excluding reception. It is necessary to note also that prices of different attractions on the beach are not high and the hotel has a lot of parking place.

The staff were totally overwhelmed by the vast number of arrivals on the Saturday of my stay. The reception was severely understaffed and the behaviour of some other guests trying to check in was outrageous. This could have been mitigated by having enough staff on duty. The restaurant had delicious food but the atmosphere was rather like an overcrowded railway station, with insufficient staff to clear tables piled high with wasted food taken by the guests then left. Children were allowed to run wild around the tables, shout and scream. The toilets in the public areas were disgustingly dirty on the Saturday night. The evening entertainment was extremely loud and not of a great standard, once again with children running wild and becoming hysterical. This was one of the least relaxing hotel stays I have ever experienced

It was quiet, and as a result a lot of the facilities were closed...restaurants, swim up bar etc. Understandable, but it does detract from the experience. The bar hours could be extended (12 and then nothing).

The hotel itself is modern and very clean. The service was excellent throughout.

The entertainment is very poor. I understand lack of customers, but the entertainment that came, frequently disappeared, and constantly finished early. Later, no entertainment other than someone putting on recorded music. Paying customers, however few, still expect entertainment at a 5 star hotel. Hotel pool, showing large mould patches ,though they were painting it. Carpets, looking discoloured, patchy, lets it down a bit.

The breakfast excellent, all the food very good. The beds are extremely comfortable. Rooms spacious, nice large bath. The staff are very good, friendly but don't overstep the mark. Very good chef, well run, pleasant atmosphere amongst staff, which suggests good strong management

The carpet shows signs of age, accessing the room from the lift is complex with no clear indications, the corridor's paint color is unappealing, the breakfast offerings are basic, and the washroom lacks several essential items. Ects...

The staff were welcoming, they greeted us warmly and were highly accommodating. The location is amazing it is highly recommended for Summer holidays.

During my penultimate stay here I did not have the opportunity to leave a review, therefore I returned to this hotel to leave a review for that stay. When taking over the room, I didn't pay attention to how many towels or bathrobes were in the room. Every time the maid came to clean, she didn't replace all the bath towels, every time she left only one (we stayed 2 people in the room). When we had to check-out, the person who was responsible for the items in the room (towels, bathrobes, linen, etc.) accused us of stealing the towels. I invited her to look in the suitcases and she refused. We paid almost a thousand euros to spend our vacation only to be insulted for stealing a towel or bathrobe? We were loyal customers and every year we spent our vacation at this hotel, but after what happened, I don't think we will return. The hotel can verify the veracity of what I related above.

The beach need to be tidy more litter picking up. Some staff in food areas didn’t have good hygiene was eating while serving that not good. Also taxi wasn’t in safe didn’t feel safe getting around. Got Ripped off from airport and during our stay.

I like pool areas, food was good, . Entertainment staff was lovely and friendly and bar staff was amazing and helpful all day long And lifeguard was so helpful and friendly too.
