We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomShould have known their would be problem with mosquitos by the amount killed on the walls. Didn't expect to find a dead cockroach next to my bed in the morning. Breakfast very basic. The hotel is a bit off the beaten track for shared taxis. Didn't respect genius bonus due when being billed.
Great views from the room with wonderful sunsets. . Wi-fi. Excellent. Restaurant had good selection of tasty food.

PolandThe breakfasts weren't good, little choice and bad quality. It would be nice to have some sort of sun beds area, either within the hotel or by the beach, as there is nowhere to relax besides the restaurant.
Comfortable hotel with a very nice atmosphere. Loved the restaurant located just by the sea. The staff was helpful and professional.

The room was clean and good value for the money. It was a little tiered it could benefit from an update. New towels etc. The area was beautiful and quiet a very good place to chill

TunisiaWhile the peace and quiet was nice, there were no other amenities nearby so the hotel restaurant is the only place to eat, but it was very good nonetheless. Also, the taxi cost between the hotel and ferry was rather high but unavoidable.
The location is far from everything so it gave me the peace and quiet that I desired. The staff was also fantastic! The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. Everything was clean and in good working order. The restaurant served delicious and well-cooked dishes. I also found a great price on my room through booking.com.

TunisiaNo taxis are around. We have to walk about 1 km to reach the main road and wait for a taxi. Otherwise, for my case I tried hitch-hiking! And it did work! Or you may book a taxi through the hotel reception but you pay a higher price than the regular one.
The breakfast was fairly good with necessary elements but not completely balanced. The location was wonderful though, peaceful, and clean, with an opening to the main fishing port and a ballade pathway! It was a beautiful location to relax, meditate and walk around under the sunset and even the sunrise!
