Only reason I can not give it top character is the soundproofing, it should be better at a 4 star hotel, I could hear any small noise from the hall and from other rooms. Putting that aside it was a very comfortable stay.

Good hotel, good atmosphere, decent location, clean spacious room, great bed, nice shower pressure. Internet was working flawlessly. Hotel staff were very nice and professional, and are multilingual aswell, was allowed to check in two hours earlier, they also gave me a gift on departure, unfortunately I did not have space for it in my luggage. But it was a nice gesture. Would I come back some other time? Absolutely.

Tasty breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice every day. Clean rooms. Very friendly and helpfull staff. The receptionist checks up on you every day and gives the best advice for must see places and restaurants. Nice rooftop view in the hotel. View over huge park Belvedere and a beautiful artmuseum. Hotel is situated at 25 min walkingdistance to the center and it is a nice through avenue de Paris. Hotel is also on a 4 min walking distance from a very nice restaurant called ' la cloche d'or'. They serve typical Tunesian food, there is alcohol and the setting is cosy! The old market MEDINA is also on a walking distance of half an hour ( rooftop view ' les You can take the taxi ( donwload BOLT app) and go to the lovely SIDI BOU SAID ( = santorini :D) in about 30 min by car and it is cheap. Also interesting to visit the archeological site of cartago since it is close to Sidi bou said.

Hotel is well maintained, and the property is nicely renovated. My room was very clean, bed was comfortable and it was quiet for sleeping. I liked having a coffee pot in the room. Best part of the stay is the staff, all of whom are very friendly and attentive to your needs. Ramzi was a great help when I needed anything.

The room was comfortable and functional. Staff members are very well trained: courteous and attentive to details (thank you team cleaning!). Unlike hotels in area Lac1, It's close to where Tunisians actually live. You'll see the smoked filled café, men watching soccer, while also having access to some really nice restaurants. Highly recommended

The lounge bar has a nice selection of food along with good coffee. Coming from the UK where smoking inside public places is banned , the bar did have smokers which left our clothes & body smelling. To be fair we found this to be the case in other coffee places in Tunis too.

My wife and I stayed in their junior suite for four nights in the middle of April. The staff are friendly and helpful. The suite is very spacious, clean and with good storage space. The bathroom too had ample space and was clean - one of the reasons we chose this hotel after looking at the reviews of comments about poor bathrooms at the more ‘authentic’ hotels closer to the city centre. We found the Wi-Fi to be very good. The breakfast while not as extensive as some other countries we have visited nevertheless was of good quality and sufficiently varied for our stay. The rooms have two TVs catering largely to Arabic & French speakers and as English only speakers we reverted to Netflix & Amazon on our iPad. The lounge bar has a nice selection of food along with good coffee. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the city centre and attractions. Fine for us as we like to walk, particularly as the weather was pleasant. We used the online Bolt taxi services to go to places further away which is inexpensive. Our thanks to all the staff for their generous hospitality.

The water leaked through the door of the shower tube when taking a shower, but it was ok to manage.

Big thanks for the stuff for their warm welcoming, room was comfy, clean and super quiet, eventhough the location was super busy. I have to say it is one a the few hotels which offers such standards in the capital

The area doesn't offer many attractions or activities, and there's a limited number of restaurants around. It's more of an industrial area and doesn't have convenient access to the metro or a reliable bus service. However, taxis are readily available, offering access to any destination within the larger city area. The sound isolation of the rooms needs improvement as we could hear noises from adjacent rooms and corridor hallways sometimes.

The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, stocked with an abundance of complimentary toiletries and extras that even some 5-star hotels don't provide. The staff were not just friendly but also highly professional, always eager to assist. All in all, fantastic value for the price paid. The restaurant food was amazing and managed to wow us with the taste of the local and international cuisine.
