The staff were excellent. Very good value for money. The good was good too. Lots of choice of food at all meals. The young people providing the entertainment were brilliant, they worked very hard at making our stay an enjoyable and entertaining one.

after 9pm theres no snack bars open, and no late night soup or even room service for food, we had to call the reception and they said the best thing we can do is order you a takeout from the local takeaway, which we had to pay for, we ordered a pizza and a calzone and that food was not nice at all

The only thing we didn’t like was that check-in took a little long. We had to wait a bit for our room to be ready. We traveled at a busy time so lots were checking in at the same time.

The food was rather too greasy and the restaurant needs an overhaul. It needs brighter, more cheerful colors in the furniture, for instance.

On our last night and morning the food choices diminished a lot. We didn’t really understand the change mid stay.

Unfortunately, the covered swimming pool closes early and is a bit small relative to the size of the hotel. In the cooler months, this plays an important part of the experience.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, speaking many languages. Rooms are spacious with a large washroom (with bathtub), lots of storage and everything is very clean. There's a good selection of fresh food at meal time, including fresh juices and lots of healthy options. The grounds are well maintained and the property offers many interesting places to walk through or lounge. Close to the city centre, several activities are offered at a reasonable additional price. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing, stress-free vacation.

There was only one lift to go to the room, so if something needs urgent renovation it's the lift. The food was amazing, excellent quality and tasty but I missed more options regarding milky products. For example, plant-based milks are a great alternative to cow's milk. There are many kinds: Oat milk, almond milk, rice milk, soy milk, etc. They are tasty, environmentally friendly and respectful towards animals. And specially during this shortages when cow's milk is not available in Tunisia, one great alternative would be to add plant based milks to the menu. Other than that, everything was fantastic and I definitely recommend Bellevue Park without hesitation!

Very welcoming, kind and helpful staff. They even helped me to get petrol for my car (which I needed to go to work) because there was no petrol available in Tunisia for a few days. Without their help I would be lost! The food was amazing and even though I don't eat meat or animal products I always found many different delicious options available. The entertainment was also terrific and the team was always in a good uplifting mood.

The bathroom sanitary is so old and out of touch with what a 5 stars hotel room should look like. I booked a king size bed room with sea view, only to get a two bed/two matresses room with a view on the nearby neighborhood. After talking to the hotel they would change our room to a better one with a pool and sear view, however the bed and matress issue would not be resolved, and after 3 more complaints they came in and they covered both matresses with a single sheet to make it look like a single bed!!!! I do not see the point of picking a specific room on booking.com only for the hotel to give me a total different room!!! Finally the pool, of course you've got people reserving the best spots from as early as 4am!!!!! Plenty of empty spots with just a towel thrown in there to occupy the available sun loungers. No control and no security from the hotel staff over such behavior from the visitors

The indoor swimming pool should be warmer!

We have just returned from a short, amazing stay at Kantawi. I have to say the hotel was gorgeous, the staff was friendly and food was tasty. The entire staff was amazing. Thank you to lovely Rabiaa from the reception. Also, Ayda, Soso, and Nino from the entertainment team, who work hard to deliver great service to everyone. They are amazing! Our room was nice, the balcony was spacious, and the view was astonishing. Food was varied of hot meals, different salads, desserts, and delicious local fruit, which was good with enough choice to satisfy most tastes. The restaurant and bar staff were lovely and nice ( A big thanks to both Aymen). The beach is stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely come back. Thank you very much.

We enjoyed our stay! Nice pools, and good facilities. Staff were very very good and caring! Aymen on the coffee bar and Danni on the front desk - lovely! The food was really good too, varied and good quality! Recommend! Rooms need a bit of touch up - but were very clean!

So friendly staff, everyone in the hotel is smiling and working with a positive spirit. Great location. Wonderful beach. Mr. Mokhtar in the restaurant is an icon. Employees in the reception were unbelievably friendly. The hotel is full of facilities.
